Some more of our beautiful fish! All feeding well on a variety of foods, and all fish, aside from the discus are buy six and pay for five (Discus have their own special offer!)
Our fish are fed a mixture of NT Labs food, Tetra, Frozen and Live foods, all available instore.

Just a small selection of our fish available at the moment, we have plenty of other L Number plecs in, not forgetting staples such as tetras, rasboras, live bearers, and we are also due some low carbon footprint fish in from EcoTropicals within the next week.

A common viewpoint in tropical fish keeping is that an aquarium is incomplete without a plec. Whether you agree or disagree with that viewpoint, plecs are cool, that’s a fact!

With hundreds (if not thousands!) of different species and sub species of all different colours, sizes and attitudes, we are sure we have a plec that’s right for you!

Here’s a name to drop into today’s conversation so your friends and family think you’re super smart! That name is Apistogramma…

Apistogramma is a large genus of South American fish that is becoming more and more popular in thw fish keeping hobby.

They are dwarf cichlids so ideal for people who want to scratch that cichlid itch without resorting to the more well known giants!

Take a look at just a couple of these gorgeous little fish and then imagine them brightening up your tank at home!

Forget Barbie girl by Aqua, these are Barbie fish that live in aqua! (Ok just barbs, but the pun was worth it!)

Barbs are type of fish that are incredibly popular in the fish keeping hobby. They vary in size, shape, care requirements and in attitude!

They can be as peaceful as they come or they can be absolute demons, and stop off at every point in between. So be sure to check with staff if you’re unsure about adding a certain type of barb tp your tank!

Welcome to the Cory corner! Come on down and see these absolotuely adorable little catfish! Ideal for the aquarist who wants that classic catfish look without ending up with a three foot long monster! (We are looking at you red tails!)

These amazing little fish are known as armoured catfish. They have bony plates known as scutes as well as spines on their fins! They are small, armoured, underwater tanks! They hail from south america and there are over 150 known species.... and we have a fair few in the shop with us. But just to show you just how cool they are, here are a few of our armoured friends.
