Guys I've changed to a new work phone and lost my WhatsApp contacts so if your a person who regularly WhatsApps me please send me a wee message as I can't send out reminders at the minute to those people.

This is only for WhatsApp people everyone else I have your numbers don't worry.

Also a friendly reminder that reminder messages are a courtesy, not a requirement for any business. There are times I am not able to get out messages because I'm busy or I'm not in the salon and I would still expect people to turn up to the appointment that they have made.

‼️Next week's appointments ‼️

Hi guys I just wanted to make everyone aware that next week there may be some disruption to appointments.

As some people already know my own dog Sherlock has had some health problems lately, the vets found a lump which we suspect is cancerous he was referred to a specialist vets for treatment and we have been waiting for dates and appointments for scans and surgery so we have had his scan today and he will be going for surgery on Monday in Galway.

Because he's getting surgery in Galway and I won't know when they will let me bring him home until after the surgery is done I just want to make everyone who has an appointment next week aware that I may have to reschedule some people and it could be quite last minute depending on circumstances.

If I do need to reschedule anyone I will let you know directly otherwise it's business as usual.

I just wanted to make everyone more prepared incase I need to cancel as I may not have time to explain to everyone individually the circumstances.

Please keep Sherlock in your thoughts and send positive vibes on Monday 🤞❤️

Please keep pets inside and secure tonight guys.

It's scary enough for us but that kind of weather is terrifying for our pets with the wind howling and bins and things flying about gardens banging against things.
If people have dogs in outside pens please consider bringing them inside they may be secure in their pens but think about projectiles blowing in from neighbours gardens and things like that could potentially cause harm and just scare the life out of them in general.

Well that's a wrap for 2023 thankfully it's been a very busy year for me so thank you to all my wonderful clients and their owners for all your business the past year and well wishes it is very much appreciated and I know I have the best clients.

I hope everyone has a lovely peaceful Christmas and happy new year.

I will be back in the salon on the 9th of January and looking forward to another busy year ahead 🎅🎄❤️

Today is my last day in the salon before Christmas so if anyone needs to get in contact about appointments in the new year or anything at all please do so before 5pm this evening as I will be on holidays until the 9th of January and notifications will be turned off until then.

Christmas Appointments ☃️🎅🎄

As this is the busiest time of year for everyone in every service industry business. I would like to remind customers of the cancellation policy which is in place

No shows and on the day cancellations will require 100% payment before your next appointment

If you need to cancel please do so within business hours at the latest the day before your appointment to avoid being charged for the missed appointment and to give me time to offer someone on the waiting list the appointment.

Please understand that if you you need to cancel you name will be added to back of the cancellation list as it's only fair for the people who are already on it so you may not get another appointment before Christmas.

I am crazy busy in the next couple of weeks also so I ask people please be on time for appointments as I am working back to back with no breaks and cannot accommodate lateness as it pushes everyone else's appointments back in the day which makes people very annoyed with me and makes me very stressed.

I hope everyone has a lovely peaceful run up to Christmas 🎄
