Yesterday I attended a dog first aid training course to renew my certification and refresh my skills, it’s great to refresh yourself on these sometimes life saving techniques or to help spot symptoms that if caught early enough can help save your dogs life.

Anyone that owns a dog should be familiar with this knowledge and I encourage everyone to take notice of your dogs normal health and behaviour to help spot when intervention is needed.

Hopefully I will never need to use these skills in real life however it is always best to be prepared in case of an emergency
