I have deleted other post people need to remember it's a 10 year old child they are talking to and messaging as to answer there questions yes she can't be insured as 10 bit insurance is in my name as always with her and council have my info and advised will be in touch when they are ill update on page if need licence form are filled in ready and I will apply for a licence ill support my daughter in everything she wants to do most people think it's fab what she is doing and I keep telling her that but will always get those few others if anyone has a problem please private chat and ill answer any questions thank you Lucy's mam Amy

This is my last post about it please no more messages use have a 10 year old worried sick I know she can't ve insured but if read her posts is says my mam is always with me which I am I would never let her walk a dog alone she don't mine even and re licence I have called they have my address and contact number they said will ring me when have answers I have form filled in incase need one which I'll happily get for her if needs be now please stop the comments and messages as you have said everything that needs to be said use need to realise its a child not a adult who is reading these I'm deleting other post so comments will also go aswell
