Bennetts Pet Foods Ltd has been in the pet food manufacturing business for over 40 years, based in Woodville, Derbyshire we are easily commutable from the Burton, Loughborough and Derby areas, easily accessible by public transport. Following an increase in orders, we are looking to appoint a Production Operative to join our busy Production Department. Your role will be to produce boards of products by hand, using the correct seed mix and components as required, meeting minimum production targets as directed by the Factory Supervisor. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, energetic individuals who can achieve targets under minimal supervision. This is a physical role which involves considerable manual handling and does get very messy!
Full training will be given and experience within a manufacturing setting will be an advantage.

Cleaning Operative
Meets NMW (NLW 25+)
Monday to Friday 10:00am to 12:00, total of 10 hours a week

7:00am to 3:30pm with 2 ½ an hour unpaid breaks.
Friday:

What we need from you:
• An excellent multitasker,
• Ability to work within a position with a high volume of manual handling,
• Experience of Counterbalance FLT driving, training will be provided for expired licences,
• Ability to perform tasks under minimal supervision.
The purpose of the Factory Assistant will be to provide support to all aspects of the manufacturing process. No two days will be the same, you may be supporting the Packing Department one day and painting the Office the next. Duties include making adhesive for products, loading stores area with raw materials, operating packing machinery and more. If you like a varied role, this is for you.
Full training will be given, experience within a manufacturing setting or operating packaging machinery will be an advantage.

We are looking to appoint a cleaning operative to clean the sites welfare facilities to the Company’s high standards.
