Hi there, I know this might be a real long shot. I was at Matlock illuminations last night and appear to have lost a very sentimental charm off of my necklace. It’s got my sons footprints, initial and date of birth on it. It fell off once and I put it back on so I believe it to have fell off somewhere near the bar / bandstand / plane ride. If anyone finds it, I would be eternally grateful! 😭

Ollie in his glorious trolley!

Every single day he gulped in the morning air when we brought him into the garden outside the practice, even though he still couldn’t stand or move on his back legs, just extremely happy to be alive.

His back legs will never have enough nerve power to propel him independently - but does he care? He tears around everywhere he goes.

Sarah and Stuart are so grateful Ollie has a quality of life and that they chose to give him hope. I am so grateful to know them and thank them for sharing their story on The Supervet. x

I have noticed on Facebook that people are donating prom outfits for kids who's parents are struggling with the cost of living. With this in mind I have a blue tuxedo that was my sons prom suit. Only worn the once. Size 32 long trousers and 40 suit jacket. I think this is a great way to help each other and maybe there's other suits and dresses stuck in wardrobes that can be donated.

WARING & ADVICE

Warning
Alabama Rot is a deadly dog disease which needs immediate veterinary treatment!! Symptoms are unexplained sores on your dogs feet, legs tummies and around the muzzle and tongue, also a change in your dogs welbing!
There is very little know about why some dogs get it and some don't when they have visited the same walks. It appears to be in the Nottinghamshire area/ Nutall.
ADVICE
If in doubt ring your vet IMMEDIATELY!!
As a precaution wash your dogs down after each walk and check them over everyday. It's also a good idea to wash your dogs feet after road walks to remove salt and grit during bad weather.

WARNING
Apparently chappie and some pedigree dog foods are being recalled due to too much vitamin D being in them which can be dangerous if given for prolonged periods.
ADVICE
Please check with pedigree and your pet food supplier which ones are being recalled.
