Chicken poo bingo
Chicken poo bingo second place goes to Nicola Riley
Thank you so much everybody who helped us raise money for Stray Cat Rescue Team West Midlands.
Deer 🦌
So word has gotten out that all animals are welcome here. We now get deer 🥰🦌😅
Dougal
Well, we are absolutely blown away and astonished in a good way… Dougal who hisses at us most mornings when we go in his pen and doesn’t let us stroke him as he is a little timid-decided yesterday to meow at me for his breakfast.
Today he has decided he would like to be my friend. This is a brilliant breakthrough and shows he is comfortable with us 🥹❤️
It just shows that these street cats just need a little bit of time and patience.
Dougal really needs to go into a home with people that will understand him and let him come out in his own time. He is FIV negative.
(just to clarify, he will be able to go outside once in a home. It will just take a couple of months to ground him to his new home before he’s able to adventure out.)
Thanks on and off-line donations he’s all up together and ready to go to a new home 🏡 😻
Who can offer this guy a couch to sleep on? 🙏
Let’s get Denzel a furever home!🏡 ❤️
He is loving a home environment and is thriving!
He has the biggest purr, loves fusses and is getting used to playing with a toy 🥰
He is a youngish ex street cat, neutered, chipped, flead, wormed, has had a dental. (Will need a restart vaccination course.
He is FiV positive so will need to be around calm cats or be an only cat.
He will need monitored access to the outdoors (secure garden/catio)
Home checks will be required so we find him a home that suits his needs.
Please please share 🙏
I would love to keep this boy, but as we already have Lucky-quite a dominant ex street cat, who is FiV positive, we can’t sadly..
Ex street cat Denzel purred for the first time today 🥰🥹
He had his dental yesterday and had two teeth taken out that were rotten and obviously he’s feeling a lot better today. A big thank you to Lucy and Jenny at Drove Vets 🥰
He’s now in our spare room so we can get him used to living in a home environment as we think he’s been on the streets for a long time. He’s estimated to be around 5-8 years old, (impossible to tell with any adult cat)-he’s looking for a quiet home (he is FiV+) so please please share so we can find him a loving home, and thank you so much everybody who has raised us money to help Denzel and Dougal with their vet treatment the last few weeks. We have over £400 in the pot still 🙏💪 so we can continue to help local cats who need our help ❤️😘

Indoor only with no other cats 🐈⬛
Happy Saturday!
Here is Lottie, who stayed with us recently. Does anyone else have a cat that is this talkative?!
Lottie is the churpiest kitty we’ve had in!
😻😻😻
Happy Sunday from Sir Hamlet and his ladies 🐔
***Volunteer shout out***
We have a lot of rescue kitties with us at the moment that all need vet trips, So on the 28th- eight of them are off to the vets for Pom Pom removal and an MOT!
Scott is working, so I’m just looking for someone who is confident with scared kitties that would like to come over at 7:30 and help me load them all up and deliver them to the vets 🙏😻
Payment may be a scratch or a purr for your troubles 😹
I know so many of you always offer to help out and I forget who 🫣🥰
One determined Felix!

Sir Hamlet’s round up 😹😹😹🐔🐔🐔
Sir Hamlet decided the starlings were stealing all of his limelight 😹😹😹
I think we’ve cracked him 😻💪🤞
So Garfield is relaxing more and more every day and is showing signs he enjoys a humans touch (and lick e licks more importantly) 😹
It would be great if he didn’t have to go back ‘to the streets’ so if he did decide he wants to be a pet-if anyone has a quiet home and is looking for a challenge/rewarding friendship and would consider taking Garfield on to work with him on his terms then please message the page.
We want what’s best for this special boy and hopefully the right home is out there for him!
Garfield update..
so the glove is off 💪
It’s so hard to know whether a cat wants to be a ‘pet’ or doesn’t want to be around humans sometimes. Garfield is currently on the fence..
From our time fostering cats we saw a whole range of cats from one end of the scale to the other.. Garfield is relaxing more each day and the last few days he now takes treats from the hand and allows touches so really positive.
We still have two weeks until he goes in for his second vaccination so plenty of time to work with him.
If he ends up as a pet, he will need a special home with somebody willing to give up a lot of time and effort and understand his needs. If he is to be re-released here we will make sure he has access to somewhere warm and food every day. Or we may find a farm of his own that he can make his own.

For those who know the story of Pip our- ‘feral’ cat… we couldn’t touch him when he was trapped-then we had him neutered-re released him, and within two weeks, he randomly let himself in our lounge and the rest is history! 😹
Each cat is different and time will tell.
If anyone has any advice/experience with feral cats feel free to drop us a message with any tips we might be missing 😻
Video time! Plus cheeky Jasper getting in on the limelight 😻
What everyone’s bank holiday plans ?
