Tamworth Raw has been established for over 4 years and is a successful raw dog and Fertility business- due to time constraints with our other business, the goodwill, fixtures and fittings for running the raw food side is available (freezers, stock, shelving etc).
The unit is rented and can be negotiated with our current landlord, but it does comprise of a kitchen area, a waiting area and WC, this is the space we used for our Animal Fertility Clinic. there is office space upstairs which is ideal if you wish to run two businesses from the same location, as we currently do. Should the new owners wish to stay at this location, then terms will have to be agreed with our existing landlord we do not control the rental costs/bills etc. Price On Application to interested parties.
