I’m Gemma, an independent travel agent based in Staffordshire. I started my business in 2020 (yes, mid-pandemic—crazy, I know!) because travel has always been my passion. After stepping away from my role as an area manager to have my little boy Liam, I decided it was time to do what I had wanted to do for such a long time and set up my business with the support of the multi-award-winning Not Just Travel, I set up my own business with the plan to help others explore the world and create unforgettable memories.
What makes my service special? I take the stress out of holiday planning. Whether you’re dreaming of a beach escape, a safari adventure, a romantic honeymoon, a family getaway, or even a solo trip, I can help. I work with over 450 suppliers, including key partnerships with Kuoni, Emirates, Beachcomber, Jet2, Tui, Intrepid, Newmarket, Silverseas, and Celebrity Cruises and so many more.
And the best part? My services are completely free, and you’ll never pay more than if you booked directly. Plus, with ATOL and ABTA protection, you can book with total confidence. I also offer to help with your online check-ins to make things as easy as possible for you.
But my job doesn’t stop once your holiday is booked. I’ll be here to answer questions and provide support before, during, and after your trip. I absolutely love hearing about your adventures and seeing your holiday photos—it’s my favourite part of the job.
