Hey everyone, I just wanted to give you all an update on both the business and myself.

Since mid-December, I haven’t been in the best headspace. Then, as many of you know, issues with the bath arose—thankfully, that’s now fixed. However, I’m still dealing with the person who originally made the bath and gave a lifetime warranty. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and allowing some time for them to make things right.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my investor—who truly changed my life—had to pull out. This means I now have to come up with £24k to keep the business running. If I can’t, I’ll have to sell up and rent a table elsewhere, which could result in losing up to 70% of my customer base. I’m currently working on a plan to navigate this, and I’ll update everyone as soon as I have more information.

On a personal level, I also went through a relationship breakdown, which was the final straw on top of everything else. Normally, I just push through, slap a bandage over things, and try to carry on. But this time, it all became too much. Those who know me and my story will understand just how deep this runs. The weight of it all pushed me to a dark place, and I made some very poor decisions, attempting su***de multiple times in the last couple of weeks.

The good news is, I’m finally seeking professional help after nearly a decade of battling these demons. This is thanks to one person who changed my mindset and made me realise that I can’t keep doing this alone.

To my customers, I want to say I’m truly sorry if I’ve seemed quieter than usual or if you noticed any signs of what I’ve been going through. Your ongoing support means the world to me, and I can’t thank you enough for standing by my dream. Despite everything, I’m going to give this my all and fight to keep my business afloat—not just for me, but for all of you who believe in what I do.

I didn’t want to unload all of this in a post, but I felt it was important to be open and honest about where things stand. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your support. It truly means everything.

Hi everyone. Sad news the leak has come back with a vengeance! I discovered it when I was grooming my shepherd today😔 I'm rearranging the next few day's. To those who have been effected I'm so sorry and I thank you for your understanding.
