⚠️ it has been brought to our attention that there are road works going on right near the paddock entrance this week. This seems to be quite disruptive and not allowing our paddock to shine being “quiet and peace full” - we apologies for the disruption if you have a particularly reactive dog this week might not be the best time to visit the paddock unfortunately

A clients wedding ring 💍 has potentially come off in the paddock today. If anyone spots it when using the paddock please message in to us I know the client would be extremely greatful! As you can imagine lots sentimental value! (Male ring)

⚠️ with this weather ⚠️ 🌧️ I think it’s likely The main route to the paddock from Norton army mannor camp will be flooded please look at alternative routes or you may want to reschedule your booking via your confirmation email this will need to be done 1 hour before your booked time slot tomorrow - please take care

Reminder to our clients who are using our paddock to be extra vigilant and cleaning up after their dogs during their booked session.

It’s a very basic dog owners duty to clean up after their dog. We are trying to run a local small business for people to enjoy with their dogs we have alot of dogs that visit, that this is their only opportunity for off lead running around time. Please don’t be the person spoiling this for others and pick up after you dog!!

Our aim is to maintain a secure and clean area for dogs and their owners to enjoy. We purposely keep the grass short to ensure this is easier to keep clean. Despite having a gravel path all the way round the paddock Please wear suitable footwear to be able to go into the grass/muddy areas to pick up your dogs mess.

I have been up to check daily these last few days and will continue to do so as much as possible. we have records of who uses the paddock on each day and we have reliable regular clients who have emailed into us to report any issues so please do the right thing and clean up after your dog so we can continue running this lovely area for all to enjoy.

During the winter months the grass does get muddy. We do have a gravel path all the way round the edge of the paddock but please wear suitable footwear so you can go into the grass area TO PICK UP YOUR DOGS MESS!!! We still having some people not following basic rules of picking up their own dogs mess. It’s spoiling it for others. We felt the issue was really improving however after a busy few days over Xmas things seemed to have slipped again. We continue to monitor this. 😞

🌓 now clocks have gone back and it’s getting darker earlier. The paddock will be closing at 6.30pm every night over the winter. So the last hour session you can book will be 5.30 slot. You will need to bring a torch 🔦

⛔️ we have purposely made an area of hard core to drive into the paddock and park your car on, to try keep the grass nice for the dogs to run around on.

Someone today drove their car around the paddock 🫣 please use the hardcore provided to turn your vehicle around on. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Warning to reactive dog owners we do have cows in the field closest to the paddock at the moment. They are only there for a few days then will be moved to a different part of the field. We have planted hedges between paddock and the field but we need to allow them time to grow 🐮 due to be mooooved on Wednesday
