Saturday walks up P.P, before the rain set in.
“Ted” went home this afternoon after his mini break with us.
Evening walks on the back beach & the seafront in the rain, followed by tea & dog treats in the camper at the back beach.

It’s Friday!
We chased the rumbling thunder today up in the open,,& the dogs loved playing “ find it before it drifts away” game”,😂
Rain a little lighter today, & still very warm.
Have a chilled out weekend everyone.

Our charity bag for the dog shelter abroad is filling up nicely.
A lovely plentiful bag of treats & essentials was collected on Tuesday & today from my wonderful clients.
Thankyou so much for your donations. It’s very much appreciated.
If you’d like to donate any items
I’d be very grateful.
Any leads, collars, eye wipes, wormers, flea treatments, shampoo, luecillin, p**p bags, treats, small toys.
Due to the weight restrictions I can only take up to 20kg, so any of the above items would be appreciated.

Dog Walker life,,,
It’s not just about walking the dogs,,, it’s the, “getting them clean after their walks upon return to their hoomans, & also taking this lot home at the end of everyday, plus drying the van out ready for the next day.
Welcome to Autumn & the forth coming winter. 😂💪🌧️
This is my life everyday now till the late Spring next year. 😂
Rainy days = wet muddy towels, dog coats & vet bedding for the washer everyday.
I think summer has officially cleared off.
I must love my job,,,14 yrs & counting.💪🐕🐾

A lovely warm sunny Wednesday.
“Sugar “ went home after her holiday with us, “Buzz” came back in for his walks today after his 6 week summer holiday. Lovely to welcome him back.
Plenty of zoomies had by all.
Night off tonight from boarding, so having an evening walk with Mr Bono down the beach, followed by tea & some tv for a couple hours in the camper on the seafront with him.

A damp start to the new week.
Thankfully still lovely & warm.
Very Autumn out there today.
Dogs loved getting soaked .
“Ruby” went home this afternoon after her 4 day mini holiday with us.
This week brings all my regular dogs back in for walks after their 6 week summer break.
Looking forward to seeing them all again.

In between walks today we had lunch with the resident seagull,🕊️then totally completed the back of the dog van by adding shelf storage along the framework, stretching from the back of the dog crates alongside to the front of dog crates, I need my storage areas for all my dog towels & extra dog equipment, power dog washer & dryer etc.
Them dog crates, shelves & framework are solid now without a cm of movement. 👍
On to an afternoon of zoomies in the private field.
Hoping to have tea in my camper van with the dogs after our evening walk along the seafront.
Lovely bank holiday Monday so far.

We took Bono & his holiday guests to Exeter Dog Field this evening for a lovely run around, & they had so much fun.
Will definitely be returning.

Bank holiday weekend, which means one thing..
Deep clean of the dog van & a rearrange set up of the dog crates,
x large & large , with new escape crate doors being fitted in all 4 crates.All crates are securely fitted to anchor points in the van & a are framed in, so no movement on crates.
I think I’ll start up another business in dog crate fittings ,,, joking 😂🐾🐕

My youngest grandson accompanied me on my walks today which was lovely.
I think he will be taking over the business one day .

It was “Pepper & Pickle” last day of daycare & walks today.
It’s been a pleasure to care for them both over the past couple years. Thankyou for the present too.
