Booking a holiday in 2023/2024, or a day/weekend away and need someone to care for your dog? We offer overnight dog boarding, as well as ad-hoc day care bookings.

Our busy summer holiday period has come to an end and spaces are available again between now and Christmas (and into 2024) Here at Lassie's Home From Home dog boarding, your dog/s will be pampered and loved like our own. We like to send photo and video updates during stays and you are welcome to video call any time to see how your dog is doing and what he/she is up to.

We also offer a 'free overnight trial' before stays of 3 nights+ so we can ensure your dog is happy and comfy in our home before your holiday.

Customers' dogs enjoying our gardens with us over the summer. We have two small gardens - one artificial grass and one natural grass. Both gardens secure - with bottom-bolted gates and motion detection smart cameras - which we also use to send you video recordings of your dogs playing or chilling out.

Introducing Barnaby! Barnaby has just left Lassie's Home From Home after a 16 night stay, while his owners went on holiday to Florida! At only 10 months old he's already like a giant teddy bear and may grow to be even bigger! He's one of the most affectionate dogs we've had stay, always giving cuddles and kisses (ear licks) to us every morning and throughout the day! We love having holiday dogs, as we have enough time with them to build a strong bond, and we certainly did that with Barnaby! His affection and happiness will be missed dearly.

Introducing Pippa! Pippa joined us a few weeks ago on day care stays once a week. When we first met her, she was quite timid and a little nervous of other people and dogs, but thanks to the efforts from her thoughtful, caring owners and an occasional visit to Lassie's Home From Home meeting new dogs, Pippa's confidence has grown in recent weeks and she is showing even more so what a beautiful dog she is. We've got to know her owners over that time and are very grateful they decided to choose us for Pippa's stays. She's been a pleasure to have here and build a bond with.

Introducing Cisco the German Shepherd X Belgian Malinois. We had the pleasure of looking after Cisco this summer while his owners went on holiday. He was a real softy, very affectionate and extremely well trained, knowing a long list of tricks/commands his owner had worked on, which we enjoyed seeing him do for us! We hope to see him again - I'm sure he will have learnt even more tricks/commands!

Introducing Chester! (The Cockerpoo) We think he may be much more 'cocker' than he is 'poo'... We had the pleasure of having Chester stay this summer, he must have liked it at Lassie's Home From Home as he's booked in to stay with us again next year!

Freddie (Golden Retriever) and Maggie (Labradoodle) are going to be spending the weekend together at Lassie's Home From Home We have had both dogs before on overnight trials - so we are confident they will get on - they both have great temperaments. Both owners will be updated with pics over the weekend with how they're settling in!

Our 'first night' doggie room. For most dogs the first night away from their owners is the hardest, this is why we designed this little slice of doggie heaven. With anti-anxiety dog bed and the comforting jumbo donut, your dog will have this room all to themselves on the first night. It is next door to our bedroom so we can hear if your dog needs love and attention through the night.
