A very polite notice to ask customers when booking boarding that they check what they've booked. I'm constantly having issues with people not adding daycare or not taking note of the opening and closing times. It's all on the system under your accounts (for ease and less admin for me). I try to be as accommodating as possible but changing things on the day isn't always feasible especially on a Friday when I don't do daycare. Turning up at my door expecting me to take them pr if im out wondering why im not racing home when not booked in and me having to change plans. I don't get much time off and Fridays are my time to catch up on boring things like the vets, shopping oh and spending quality time with my own dogs. I do try hard to have a life inbetween. Thank you.
Opening times 8-9am for daycare
Collection times daycare 3-6pm
Boarding 4-6pm.
No movements on Saturdays
2 nights minimum at weekends fri-sun

I can't thank everyone enough who has donated, took part and supported Paul Leonard / Motor Neurons Disease charity today. I am overwhelmed. It's been a fab walk, amazing people and all the dogs had an absolute blast. What a wonderful community I live in. We have raised just over £1000. Thank you so much 🧡💙🤍

Want your dogs to feel like they are on holiday and enjoying themselves just as much as you when you go away or go to work? Don’t want them in an outside kennel? You have come to the right place! We treat all dogs like our own, they stay in our house with us, they can have the sofa, sleep on the bed if you want them to, or in their crate if they are used to having one. We pride ourselves in the personal touches and the dogs will never be without loving hugs.

We send out a questionnaire to ensure we are aware of all the dogs needs, from diets, medications, routines, emergency/vet details, any concerns, behavioural issues and things to be aware of.

We are liceneced, insured and first aid trained to ensure the safety of your loved ones. We only take dogs that have been vaccinated and have had kennel cough vaccinations to ensure the safety of all our dogs (proof of certificate and dates required on booking). To meet legislation all dogs must be microchipped and have collars.
