We're currently experiencing some significant IT system hiccups. As animal lovers, not tech whizzes, we're doing our best to get back on track! It's like trying to teach an old dog new tricks - we're not wired for this tech wizard stuff! 🧙🏻‍♂️

Rest assured, current bookings remain unaffected, and we're still 100% operational. However, our email inbox is overflowing with over 100 messages daily, creating a backlog that's testing our patience. It's like drinking from a firehose, but we're working diligently to clear the queue. 📧

Our top priority remains your beloved pets, and we dedicate most of our day to ensuring they have an amazing time with us. As you know, they come before phones or computers! We used to check the phone several times a day, but now, even assigning someone full-time to manage it is a challenge. This is OUR problem, and we're working hard to resolve it. ☎️

Unfortunately, this means we're taking longer to respond to your inquiries, and for that, I offer my sincerest apologies. Please be assured we're working tirelessly to find new solutions and fix these IT glitches. 🖥

To help us manage the influx of messages, please consider the following: if you need to contact us, kindly either email or call and leave a message, but please only do one or the other, and only once. If you leave a message, our system sends us an email as well, so if you email and call, we receive three messages from you! It's like trying to keep track of a dozen kittens! 🐈

Some customers are leaving multiple messages, which is impacting our response time. I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we're working on a solution. Our aim is to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours to confirm your booking and discuss your pet's stay with us. 🐇

For urgent matters and to check on guests on holiday with us (not bookings), please call 07935 568829 and we'll do our best to assist you. Please reserve this number for emergencies only - we don't want to be like the boy who cried wolf! 🐺
