Been that long since I’ve done a cat show that decided to purchase a show set for September lcww show. My blankets are a bit past their best and that wouldn’t look good In a show arena I don’t think. Mind you I’m not going out to expect to come back with supreme champion or suchlike

Lovely wee girl 👀 for her new 🏡. She is coming up for a year old this august. Very friendly and loving and always first to come say hello. She is brown spotted in colour and markings. Was one of two girls out a litter of four. Her brother who I am keeping back is pictured next to her. Both mum and dad can be seen. She is fully registered with the TICA and will come with papers and a months free insurance and a kitten recommended pack for royal canin food. 350 due to being a wee bit older. She won’t be on the active register

Alongside other pet food brands, yesterday we announced a recall of some of our dry cat food ranges, manufactured by Fold Hill Foods Ltd, as the Royal Veterinary College works to understand a potential safety issue.

By working closely with the RVC, they have narrowed their focus to a specific manufacturer in the UK that makes our dry cat food brand Applaws as well as other brands.

After customer feedback, we’re simplifying the recall today to cover any of the Applaws Dry Cat Food products with that site manufacturing code - GB218E5009 - on the pack.

Applaws only began using this manufacturing location at the end of 2020, this covers all production there covering Best Before dates from October 2022 to June 2023.

The Applaws items being recalled are in line with the announcement on 16 June.

You can find full details here: https://www.food.gov.uk/news-alerts/alert/fsa-prin-36-2021-update-1

We continue to work with the Royal Veterinary College to identify the potential cause.

No other Applaws cat food products, including Applaws wet cat food, are affected by this precautionary recall notice, nor is Applaws dog food.

Even though we don’t know for sure whether our Applaws dry cat food products have a role in this safety issue, we’re obviously concerned, not least because we take great pride in the quality of our pet food.

We’ll continue to work with the RVC so they can fully understand what’s caused the issue.

It goes without saying we’ll continue to update everyone when we know more.

If you think your cat was fed from an affected batch do the following:
•If you are still using the food – stop immediately.
•Dispose of the products.
•Keep a note, copy of the packaging, receipt.
•If you are concerned your cat is unwell, seek a vet’s advice.

Please return the affected product to the retailer where you bought it from for a full refund.

This coronavirus is the strangest virus I've ever heard of. It's very dangerous the way it spreads. It is so mysterious the way it lurks in schools, but then dies at B&Q. It is sneaky. It can spread when buying clothes at M&S but not at Tesco. It is non-alcoholic. It can't spread when you are buying beer. It lives for two days on Amazon boxes, you must wait 48 hours to touch them but It can't survive on takeaway coffee cups, so enjoying a hot cup of costa is safe. It is the most curious thing, how it lives on footballs, ballet bars, even loo seats but dies on WWE ropes. It is spread by hair stylists, dog groomers, and dentists, but not by bank tellers, cashiers, and fast food workers. It's so smart. It won’t bother the first 10 people but it knows when the 11th person shows up so be careful if that’s you. It even knows what you want vs what you need. If you want a massage or your nails done it is very actively on the prowl and not even a mask can stop it but If you need a plumber, it is weak, and a mask will keep it away. It also seems to be most dangerous after 5:30pm so businesses must start to close before the virus comes out and wreaks havoc upon the populations. Whoever heard of such a smart sneaky virus?!?
Copy and Paste ! I did !
