This has got to stop. DEFA have been notified and they are at least looking into trading standards to chase them up

Just a word of warning.
This guy/company has refused to provide paperwork when asked to do so.
He’s not provided the correct paperwork to admins from the transport quote pages either. So anyone using him or has used him your horses are NOT insured as he’s not provided paperwork. DEFRA have also confirmed he’s not on the system via email

X2 companies today we have found out that are operating illegally.
This is confirmed by Welfare in Transport Team that no T1 Or T2 from either of these companies are being held. This has been researched and all possible names have been covered to enable a correct answer.

Another company here claiming to be a Type 2 Transport company.
When I’m fact upon further investigation the comatose is not DEFRA registered

Another possible transporter on the roads illegally.
Has been asked 3 times now if they are legal etc. no reply and posts removed.
Be vigilant guys and always ask for the paperwork.
Trailers should also have an Operators licence.

Another one sent in via a page follower who had an experienced.
Obtained a large amount of money for a horsebox deposit. Lady is now being tracked legally. Also runs what’s believed as an illegal horse transport

Found advertising routes in what I presume was a trailer (can’t be 100% sure)
When asked about what license she obtained she openly admitted she’s not got the paperwork through. Claims she was transporting her own horse although her page was full of routes offering transport.
Waiting for paperwork or not this is not legal as all horses in her possession on that transport or void of all insurance.
Once questioned I was blocked.

This is a page to try and support all the LEGAL Transport companies out there as I feel the trade is being completely ruined by those who seem to think it’s ok to operate completely illegally.
