🌟 Exciting News 🌟
I am excited to announce that Happy Walkies will be relaunched as A-Star Dog Training and Walking, I will now be offering 1 to 1 home visit training sessions covering your everyday dog training requirements - please get in touch to arrange a free 10 minute assessment, this will allow me to prepare a bespoke training plan for your dog.
1 hours training costs £40 over 15 miles away will incur additional mileage costs.
Please note I do not currently deal with aggression issues.

If you're worried your dog is going to be lonely, treat them to my luxury dog walking service.
During the walks I will not only excercise your dogs body but also their mind meaning they will be well and truly tired out and you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog.
I don't charge any extra for one to one walks and have experience with large dogs, reactive dogs, puppies etc.

I am a fully insured, safe and reliable dog walker.

Buddy is coming on leaps and bounds, we've worked alot on focus and attention and it's really paying off. Here's buddy from today enjoying off lead time, but as you can see although he's off lead he's still tuned in to me. Great work buddy and great work Mandy for keeping the training going.

Here's buddy working on recall on the longline, he did a really great job today! I do not market myself as a dog trainer (yet! Watch this space) however what I can do is provide engaging walks for your dog to work body and mind, incorporating training elements to aid your training journey.

Happy Walkies

Welcome to Happy Walkies. Officially opening 03/03/2020

I started Happy Walkies because I have a love of/ obsession with dogs and apparently two is enough. Ideal resolution borrow other dogs to love! I have owned dogs for 15 + years and have experience with puppies, dog reactive dogs, nervous dogs, large dogs to name a few. I have completed Bronze and Silver good citizen training with my own dogs along with puppy classes and agility classes. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

I cover a 5 mile radius from WF1 2LF and provide a safe and reliable dog walking and pet drop in service, walks will be around the Wakefield area and will be tailored to the individual dogs.

I also offer small animal boarding, I have experience of caring for rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, bearded dragons and budgies but always keen to learn to care for different animals. Unfortunately at this time I cannot provide day care for dogs. Get in touch via messenger or phone to discuss your requirements.
