New arrival 🥰

This handsome lad came into rescue yesterday, he is a much loved boy who unfortunately, his owner couldn’t keep 😔

We have renamed him Valentino and we will take very good care of him.

My thanks as always to Allison Gleadhill at Crab Lane Vets, who neutered this boy on a Saturday, because of the circumstances.

Thank you Caroline Beer for offering to foster another cat.

Unfortunately this event is now CANCELLED due to bad weather.
Other stalls will be moving indoors, but our stall is cancelled, sadly, as there is not enough space to accommodate everyone.

Mae Update

As some of you know, Mae is suffering from an unusual form of FIP, she is currently receiving daily medication to try and cure her. This medication is very expensive and I am very grateful to everyone who has donated for her treatment so far,
Mae has weekly appointments at our wonderful vets - Crab Lane Vets - and has recently had further blood tests taken and a heart scan. The scan showed that the fluid around her heart is better but her bloods aren't improving as much as we would like. her blood tests are sent to a specialist laboratory in Glasgow and each time, the test is almost £100.

Mae is the sweetest and gentlest of kittens and she really deserves to have her life back - if anyone can contribute towards her lengthy treatment, I would be hugely grateful

We want to say a very big Thank you to Harrogate Hockey Club for holding a raffle at their Celebration Event for Helen McCallum. Helen was a massive supporter of Harrogate Cat Rescue and helped us so very much in our early days.

🙏❤️😻 We're running out! 😻❤️🙏

These throws get used a LOT! From cutting them to size to be able to wrap up little hand feeds and lining cat carriers to letting them go with cats and kittens when they are adopted so they have something familiar to take with them to their new home. 🏡

Asda and Amazon sell them, often in packs, so anything you can help us with is very much appreciated!
