Details and Invoices have been sent to all Christmas Competitors. If you can't see an email from me, please check your spam and contact me if it isn't there.

***PLEASE NOTE: If paying by bank transfer, please be sure to use the new bank account details given within the invoice.

🎅🏻 All helpers should also have received an email with details for the day. Please contact me if you can't find it.

If you are a helper and are friends with a competitor, please may I ask that you don't give anything away about the tasks that will be set?!!

🎅🏻 🎁🎄CHRISTMAS (FUN) GUNDOG COMPETITION 🎄🎁 🎅🏻

Planning for the Christmas Competition on 22nd December is in full flow!

Exercises have been set and the scoring system verified....📝

We have some great prizes kindly donated by Ltd together with the traditional (and sought after 😆) Canine In-Tuition Christmas mug that each competitor in the winning team will get!! 🎉.

Information for the day and invoices will be sent to competitors within the next week so please keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folders. 👀

Lots of happy dogs and clients last week when Louise from Home Counties Clinical Canine Massage Therapy ran a clinic.

Six dogs treated and a great catch up with Louise and her amazing Sahara adventure in aid of StreetVet . ❤

It was lovely to welcome Emma from with a group that she had put together to bring to the Private Gundog Workshop she had booked.

It was a group of mixed experience, but everyone did brilliantly and went away with specific homework to do. It as lovely see familiar faces as well as new, and a pleasure to teach you and your dogs.

Workshops are now done for the autumn/Winter, but if you have a group of friends that you would like to book a workshop for in Spring/Summer 2025, then please don't hesitate to contact me.

🔶 Polite Reminder 🔶

There are a few people who haven't yet made payment for the new block of courses which started on Sunday. I have sent reminders but am aware that sometimes my emails go to people's spam.

If you are one of these people, this is a polite reminder!
If you can't find your invoice please get in touch and I will resend.

Also, please make sure you add me to your address book in the hope that emails will make it to you more efficiently.

Congratulations to everyone who took their ‘New to Gundog’ & ‘Transition to Novice Gundog’ tests yesterday 👏🏼 🏆

Some great results and now homework to do on those areas where a few marks were lost.

Looking forward to starting the new block of courses next Sunday. 😃 🐾

🐾 CANINE MASSAGE CLINIC - Wednesday 20th November 2024 🐾

Lou from Counties Clinical Canine Massage Therapy will be coming to Newmarket to run another clinic to treat your dogs on Wednesday 20th November and a couple of spaces have come available.

These will be individual consultations.

We have timed these clinics with the shoot season so that those who have begun working can have a check up and treatment to help make sure everything is as it should be to enable your dogs to work to their best ability.

Equally, if you don't have a working dog, but feel your dog may benefit from massage therapy then please get in touch.

Appointments last just under an hour for each dog unless it is your first consultation, in which case it will be 1:10 to allow time for the following:

- Full gait analysis,
- Clinical and lifestyle history,
- Muscular health check,
- Treatment,
- Aftercare advice.

Sessions cost £60.

Those of you who were at the water workshop a couple of weeks ago and tasked with the mark in the water and send ‘back’ onto a blind …here’s Kiwi’s version. 🥝 If you’ve been practicing it, share your pics/videos in the comments (if you can share videos in comments? 🤷🏼‍♀️!).

🤦🏼‍♀️ This happens so often and is the most frustrating thing, and you probably couldn’t do it if you tried! The bags then blew out of my pocket and down the track…but luckily Kiwi was happy to retrieve them for me (I’m pretty sure she runs faster than me!). #isittheweekendyet?
