Today’s fun at the river!!

Happy new year !! Our wild swimming group yesterday finished off 2023 with a crazy swim and sauna!! It was beautiful, and the sun shone for us before the rain. We were able to rinse off the salt afterwards with our trusty posh washes!!

It’s the end of day 1 and we’ve had a lovely time so far at Dogstival!

We’ve met lots of your lovely pooches and you lovely bunch, we’re going home to refresh and we’ll be raring to go again again in the morning!!

She's having a midday snooze after a morning playing with our doghouse guests.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at over the Jubilee weekend. Thanks to Dom and the gang for putting on such a great show. This was our 1st event and we had a wonderful time meeting some lovely customers.
Our lovely labrador Maisie also enjoyed meeting so many new friends.
We'll definitely be back next year.....

What would you do?
We are a small family business trading for less than a year but have already sold nearly 3000 portable showers.
Occasionally we have units returned to us they don't meet customer expectations. Fair enough.
But when a product comes back, with the notes "leaks really badly and unable to get the same pressure as when I first got it", you think you might have to replace a faulty washer. Then you are greeted by this image....a muddy and ripped neoprene jacket, a broken shower head, mud inside the pump mechanism.

What would you do??
