This weeks top job! 👊🏽

We replaced the old leaking fiberglass roof and removed the porous coping stones that were causing water to run down the wall.
Firring strips were installed to create a gradual fall on the new 18mm OSB interlocking board roof. The 1.5mm EPDM rubber roof bonding was applied to all edges and secured with Firestone water-based adhesive.
New flashings were installed on the main house wall, along with a new gulley outlet to ensure water runs off the roof freely. A new coping board in black was installed around the perimeter of the wall.
All rubber around the skylight corners was seamed, and new flashing was added around the soil pipe.
