Our Oscar has been officially adopted!!!! So happy for him and his new family.
Go and live your very best life handsome boy, you deserve all the treats and sofa cuddles you get.

I think it's safe to say our Oscar has settled incredibly well. Few teething issues to begin with, as is expected when there's a resident dog but with time and patience both boys are happy 😊

Meet Leo!

Leo is a 3yr old border collie.

Leo is highly trained and has a full list of commands. He has a high work drive and high energy, he loves nothing more than running drills for his ball.

He is selective with what dogs he likes sometimes he will bark at them other times he won't.

He currently lives with another dog (a female border collie) who unfortunately doesn't like sharing the attention with Leo so she steals his toys and his affection.

Leo is very strong on lead and likes to pull alot to get to where he wants to go and sniff!!.

Leo is looking for an active home, someone who has knowledge of the breed, maybe even put him to work? Older children 13+ or if younger must be very dog savvy (he is high energy)

Leo is vaccinated, chipped and neutered.

Full assessment has been completed.

Currently based in the southeast but transport can be arranged.

1.Complete the application form

2. I will text to arrange a telephone call which lasts around 30-45 minutes

3. Home check, no home gets vetted without an in person home check either carried out by our team or a third party organisation

4. Meet and greets, depending on the dog you have applied for you may just need 1 or you may need to have more. Travelling may be expected.

5. Arrangements made for either an in home meet and greet or a trial period.

6. Dog comes on a 6 week Foster to adopt contract.

Please understand we are all volunteers and we do also have our own lives.

Your application will stay on our system, if you wish to retract it at any point please either email or text me so that I don't contact you again.

UPDATE:

So yesterday Oscar went to meet his new family, it's was a long old journey for him but was so worth it.

We started off with a nice walk in the local park 30 seconds away from his home (how lucky is that!!) With his new pawrents who of course fell in love all over again with him and showered him woth treats, love and butt scratches!!

We then brought out "Tank" the absolutely stunning resident dog, who was very excited to meet his new brother. After a few expected sniffs and grumbles the boys settled in with each other.

Then back home to his beautiful home to get settled. After a few more sniffs and working thier places out Oscar found his place...... yep you guessed it.....on the sofa!!!.

As you can see Oscar has well and truly found his forever home and sofa!!

His new pawrents have fallen head over heels in love with him.........and I think from his face and securing the sofa he feels exactly the same.

We are so happy for Oscar and Bex Paul thank you and lotta for opening your home to our boy.
