HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
so there will be a few new charges for Wilsher’s pets, some of you are already aware of this but there is still some that are not.
Please read carefully and if you have any questions please feel free to message, ring or text us.
- So the first charge to Wilsher pets will be our home visits, we will now only be doing home visits on a Monday, if this doesn’t work for you we will need to know ASAP so that we can arrange something, we are hoping for as many of you to come to us at the pet shop, but we fully understand that many of you can’t.
- if you are interested in grooming we are no longer doing this mobile & all grooming is being done at our shop. Only nail clipping will be done mobile. However with the grooming we are now offering a collection & drop off service for an extra charge of £5.
- we would like to announce the “shop” side of the petshop is now open & trading, we’re still not fully stocked however if there’s anything we don’t have but you would like we can get it in, so please feel free to pop on down. A bit later in the month we will be offering local delivery and our website where you will also be able to order from will be up and running.
- We are now unfortunately having to introduce a cancellation fee, this is the part that both of us didn’t want to do however we are now at the point of having to do it. As we have a lot more to pay out for now and there is quite a lot of people who are cancelling and not providing us with enough time to fill in the cancelled spot, or there are people booking in appointments and not showing up. Which is unfortunately putting us at a loss. You will be charged this fee if you cancel less that 24hrs before you appointment (this is 24hrs prior to our automated message). The cancellation fee will be half the cost that was quoted to you when booking in with us. If you need to cancel less than 24hrs of the message due to an emergency etc then you need to contact us as soon as possible in order to sort your appointment out. If you are charge the cancellation fee and do not pay you may be removed from our system and unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with another appointment until the fee is paid. You will have 24hrs from your reminder message before we go ahead and cancel your appointment.
- We will also be introducing a deposit fee for grooming. When you book in with us for a groom you will be asked to pay a deposit fee. (Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable and it will be used to secure your booking slot). If you make a grooming appointment and have paid the deposit and are unable to make your appointment you will need to contact us ASAP in order for us to get you booked back in again and to not lose your deposit.
We do hope that everyone can understand why we are putting these things in place, and we also ask that everyone can make sure that their correct contact information is updated with us so that we can update our systems.
