I was fel-ine happy to be back pet sitting moggies Lenny & Isabella while their family were away. It was also great fun pet sitting & mastering the art of walking Gordon Setter Ember & Corgi Evie! Both expert tacticians! With Evie sheltering under Ember in rain & Ember stepping over her little friend on short cuts. Judd keeps his eye on the ball & Thurston smiles for the camera.

Last week... I moved in to torti Heidi & collie Buddy's house to look after them while their family was away. Buddy asked me to retrieve lots of lost balls from under the sofa to play with. B&W moggy Luna loved my twice daily visits to eat, play & have a cuddle while her mom was also away. Meanwhile spaniel Luna & Mabel 💚 walkies as indeed do Hoagy & Otis.

In the news this week... Hip, hip hurray it's Bonny's 2nd birthday! 🎁 Whippet Mabel would make a great addition to the WWC ⚽ Kitties Isabella & Lenny loved my feed & cuddle visits. Basset Sonny enjoyed having his friend Monty to stay & we all had fun playing in his garden.

If you have seen collie Bear's recent video of HIM telling ME to retrieve his football from a woodland fernery you'll be pleased to hear he's responding well to 'nudge it' command training ⚽ Luna's 1st visit to the dog groomers was a great success. Not only was she brave & patient she'll be cool all summer long with her trimmed tum & flares. Golden retriever Charlie enjoyed his walks in the woods. For collie Buddy every day is sticktastic! It was great catching up with cockerpoo Skip who knows how to rock a mohawk. And Bailey was gracious as ever posing for this years selfie 📷

Moggies Chloe & Chunk respectively enjoyed me popping in to serve breakfast then dinner & having a fuss. Golden Doodle Arwen loved hiding in a parkland meadow. Let me introduce Springer Brittany Spaniel Thurston whom I'm loving getting to know on our daily walks. It's ttfn to spaniel Buddy whom I had hours of fun with chasing around on our daily walks over the last 2 weeks.

This week's adventures include...
It was a dream looking after Pyramus & Thisbe whilst their pawrents were away. We played in their beautiful garden & when I rang the dinner gong (rattled a packet of Dreamies) they eagerly came in to eat. My lap was fully occupied for 3 evenings of snoozing with a waiting list 😻😻
Meanwhile Piper loved playing ball, Judd & Vinnie enjoyed a cool evening walk & Otis thought he was things!

It was chillaxing staying overnight at casa de Arwen. We both enjoyed a late evening & early morning walk & cuddling up on the sofa together. She didn't snore or hog the bed neither & didn't say if I did 😴 Hip, hip hurray it's collie Buddy's 4th birthday tomorrow bet there will be some stick gathering celebrations have fun Bud 🎁 And introducing bulldog Otis & spaniel Buddy whom I've enjoyed walking & fooling around with this week. Roll on next week 🐕🦺

Sonny splashed through a glorious shower. Buddy hunted out various sticks this one being the tiniest one for the week. Vinnie (who doesn't like rain) watched Judd run around the garden. Bonnie loved getting muddy & wet in the woods.

Lab Alfie either thought I needed a wash or cool down but it really tickled!!! The ferrets had impeccable table manners sharing their food. Chloe loved her breakfast & dinner visits including a top up of her favourite Dreamies in return I received a right fuss. Rusty preferred a groom & brush 1st before dining. There was no stopping Millie on her way to breakfast.

Scout & Lottie had tremendous fun while I spent the week pet sitting them while their respective families were away. We enjoyed 2 daily walks accompanied by birdsong. Lottie loved her daily tummy rubs. Scout was comfortable using my foot as a pillow & I never budged! We were all snug & cosy together whilst asleep on the sofa or tucked up in bed. Do get in touch if you are planning to go away & may need my services. I offer a bespoke service for each pet & endeavour to keep them & their owners happy.

Moggy Chloe enjoyed tucking into breakfast then on my return visit dinner & even contemplated sitting on my lap... maybe next time 😉 Art connoisseur Alfie junior made a beeline for the artwork 😎 And as you know, I offer a bear-spoke service by taking Bear's treasured football to the woods ⚽ It was wonderful to have Arwen back on a gentle stroll after an operation on her paw 💕

Mighty moggy Chunk was ravenous NOT! Vinnie & Judd made time mid play for a hug 🤗 Billy had a rest mid play to admire the beautiful view. Collies Alfie senior & Piper showed off their ball skills... But just who was the mystery precision ball thrower eh? Moi 😎 Hoagy stopped to check out the stunning wisteria & sniff the fragrance.

Luna AND impressed (a singing dog!!!) but don't think Mabel is 🎶 Moggy Millie woofed her breakfast down then bagsied the first sunny spot in the house for the day. Arthur's treats didn't last long after his walk nomnom. Sonny enjoyed running through the swaying cow parsley.

Bonnie was in a mischievous mood! And moggy Millie liked my company during 2 visits to feed her dinner then breakfast while her mom was briefly away. And forget the yellow brick road we've all loved treading the cherry blossom road these last few weeks... Here corgi Eddie, lab Alfie junior and mischievous Bonnie enjoy the spectacle 😍

I've had tremendous fun, as usual, spent in the company of these beauties. I spent the weekend at Eddie & Betty's house enjoying gentle walks & lots of cuddles & chillaxing. During twice daily visits Chunk gave me instructions on dinner preparation & commencement of fuss (depending on his feline mood) obvs 😀 Hoagy loved running through fallen cherry blossom (don't we all) 💕 Puppy Albie actually had a eureka moment when he realised there were dogs on TV!!!

Bailey's not really bothered if we encounter moggies on our walks but she may be if she encountered the mighty Chunk!! Bairstowe found a stick to play with amoung the bluebells. I loved spending the weekend with puppy Albie. A change of season since I last looked after him meant he was enthralled by everything. Falling cherry blossom, bees, grass & flowers. Let's all be more puppy Albie because life is indeed magical.

Just look at Arthur responding to recall & enjoying playing with other dogs. He's come a long way from being so nervous that he used to spin on his lead & pull to go home. I'm so proud of him.

Here are some tips demonstrated by Kyloh (and his pawrents) on how to keep dogs cool in this hot weather.
Skip has the right idea about keeping safe during this hot weather... Have a snooze on the sofa preferably in a cool and dark room and make sure whoever is looking after you tops up your water bowl and encourages you to drink.
