A little about ourselves. Selma has over 30 years experience within the animal sector. Starting straight from school at Ferne animal Sanctuary and gaining qualifications in animal care at College. She worked with many animals at the sanctuary, from Cats and Dogs, to horses, Goats, cattle and even a Racoon. After her years at Ferne, whilst bringing up her family, she carried on with her qualificati
ons gaining a canine behaviour and Canine first aid certificate. Selma Loves all animals and enjoys walking in the countryside with her beloved Staffie. Cody - Son, also went straight to college after school, gaining qualifications in animal care whilst working at a large pet store in the reptile department. Cody also studies herpetology and has a love for animals but his passion is Reptiles, arachnids and amphibians. Cody has many exotic pets including snakes and tarantulas. John - My husband and partner in crime, loves animals and is always happy to help out, especially in dog walks. Aidan - Joins me on lots of the dog walks and has helped out with the pet sitting also, loves all animals and has a lovely caring nature with them all.
After a lot of consideration, I am very sad to say I will not be taking any bookings for the near future due to unforseen circumstances and my caring role within the family having increased dramatically. It is something I have so enjoyed but family has to come first.... I will of course let people know if this changes in the future. Thank you kindly for all your support. ❤️🐾

A busy day and wknd ahead for us... Tortoise, peacocks, hares, the beautiful Keats and three new furbaby spaniels, Buddy, Holly and Millie. Tomorrow the same again, less Keats, but adding 3 more dogs and 2 cats.. 🐾❤️
The Beautiful Maisy has been a pleasure to look after. She purred from the start of my visits, untill the end, such a sweetheart. 🐾❤️

This is how my Sunday goes if I have a day off from pet sitting……. Bailey Blue loves Sundays, Gramps peeling the veg and Bailey sat patiently for his crunchy bits….
And then when I sit down for a quick cuppa between preparing a roast, Bailey feels the need to give me Sunday cuddles, which is lovely, but gosh he doesn’t realise what a solid heavy dog he is.❤️🐾

After another busy week last week with looking after many fur babies, this week we have come away with our own fur baby and it’s nice to be able to say we are enjoying the sunshine. Just beautiful ❤️🐾
Today we have had the pleasure of feeding and watering the sweet leopard tortoise Andre. And a lovely walk with Oakley and Keats who were very happy to have a friend to play with.

Another busy week, with the gorgeous duos, poppy and Fudge & Lottie and Bruno and now onto a few nights away for another gorgeous pair who love rivers and water, so looking forward to some fun walks ahead 🐾❤️
Another few days away coming to an end... Bella and Bertie have the cutest of faces and have been great fun. They have enjoyed lots of cuddles whilst watching some of the Olympics, but didn't like the horse events haha...
Last morning with Daisy and crew this morning and then straight on to a weekend sit with another two dogs....
The great thing about precious tails is not only are your animals looked after in their own home, but your home is also looked after... We like to keep things as normal as we can for your pets and we are also not worried about doing some extra jobs whilst you are away, like watering your plants, mowing the lawn or cleaning... We pride ourselves on leaving your property just as you would expect. 🐾❤️
Precious tails is having a busy week... Full week away looking after Dear Daisy dog, cats Oreo and Treacle, Guinea pigs, hamster and fish... As well as a daily feed and check in for the lovely Connie cat and a couple of let outs for the lovely regular's Poppy and fudge...
My poor boy, is wondering why he hasn't had his breakfast this morning... He is due in the vets later for some little skin tag removals... (one which is annoying him as dangles over his eye) 😢😢 Going to be a long day, hate leaving my fur baby even though I know he will be well cared for 😥
