If you have never had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kate or working with inspiring tails you’re missing out. We met Kate soon after we moved to the area and bonded over our obsession for our furbabies and five years on, we have the honour of calling her our best friend!

And now she has the most amazing news for all you pooch parents. She’s the most incredible and patient dog trainer I’ve ever met! What she doesn’t know about dog training isn’t worth knowing and she runs some fab classes too, so if you need a little helping hand or fancy a fun class, she is your lady.

From next week she will be going full-time with inspiring tails 😮

Today I had to say goodbye to one of my OGs. This beautiful boy and his family are off to new beginnings out of the area. We will miss him, and so will his play crew 🥲

I’d like to firstly thank the family for letting me look after your wonderful boy and wish you all the best for the future.

Secondly I now have a big rottie shaped space in my field runs, so if you like to take advantage of this space please do get in touch for more information.

We have a new record! 2 hours chewing and not a single broken part or chew mark and this madam can destroy anything !! Thank you Goughnuts-UK for taking time to talk to us crufts today!

This weekend we got to spend it with the lovely Samantha from Samantha Cook Photography, where we had an amazing photoshoot for our crazy bunch! And these are just the sneaky peeks!!

Local to us, in the loveliest studio! I’m surprised Sam had us back for the second day as the doogles are very naughty!

But she is so patient and we got some cracking pictures that will last a life time!

Brackley Paws was started out of a reflection of our own needs, having moved to the area recently with our crew of four dogs (our old timer Lab, larger than life Chihuahua, the living teddy bear Akita and the crazy Bulldog, we’ve found it hard to find the right service for us and our animals. A holiday or night away proved impossible finding someone to take on our crazy bunch. Even a day out was hard with the dogs needing a good walk, a stretch in the legs, play time and feeding. The introductory visit to the vet, the car wasn’t big enough, an 8 hour shift at work, too long for them to be home alone. Boy the worry!

Brackley Paws is owned and run by a local couple who have had a busy past with animals, with at one point in our old house we had over 30 spiders, exotic fish, a selection of reptiles as well as the crew and a cat.

Lee is a Geordie and well Lucy isn’t. We both have a passion and love for animals, neither of us had many pets (well the odd hamster and goldfish) as children, so when we both left home, we went a little overboard, so have a wealth of experience with a vast variety of animals. Lee is the pack leader in our house and has a strong understanding of dog behaviour, he’s playful, funny and a strong personality. Lucy on the other hand is sweet, friendly, organised and a little OCD, with her attention to detail, she is a wonder in the house, and definitely thinks outside the box, she knows what she wants, goes the extra mile and that is why we offer some great, well thought out packages.

Our philosophy is simple, while you are not at home for your pets, we are. We provide a range of services from dog exercising on our private secure field, dog walking, pop in visits, house sitting, vet transportation and even bespoke packages, we aim to cater for all your desires.
