We're back!
Finally, with huge thanks to Western Power and National Grid we got our power back at 3pm today. With power, we now have on tap water too! Without power our water pump doesn't work, so its been an interesting 3 days. Apologies for anyone who has been trying to contact us but we only have phone reception from our top garage and with the recent weather it wasn't somewhere we wanted to frequent.

Dear all
I’m messaging from the garage because I have some reception.

We’ve no power so if you have tried to get hold of us , apologies.

We’ve lost our composting toilet and a polytunnel, otherwise just usual wind damage eg everything blown everywhere and branches strewn all over the place.

We’re hoping for the power to be back at 7pm 🤞

Thank goodness for a gas hob and wood burner.

It is with a very heavy heart that our wonderful dog, our first Border Collie, Harry left us yesterday. With his help, Harry set us off on the course to Woodleigh Border Collies.

Harry had many nicknames including: Harry Bo, Bo Bo's, trumpet, spanner, dickwad, blender, bellend, cockwomble, Bobes, Bobalicious, nobber, trumps & trumper to name a few whilst some others are unpublishable!

He knew all these names along with the names to our vehicles (yes we name them too!) and all the names of our other animals and human names.

He spent his last day tractoring, quadding, farming, sniping cats and then a splash on the beach with his sister Jess pup.

He was so well behaved, never put a foot wrong. We always promised him a farm of his own and he happily settled for a small holding life.

He will be sorely missed. We know that there are friends out there, recently having gone through the same thing and our thoughts are with you too.

Harry "no whizzy no", he's been waiting for you!

Tara and Edward puppies, 5 weeks old. As usual they have given us a beautiful mixture. Blue merle, blue merle and tan, red white and tan and a stunning mini mum Black and white. These puppies can be ISDS registered. Mum & Dad are pictured.
