Hi I have made the decision not to take on any new clients as I'm very busy and would like to keep my current clients happy.

A lot of you have asked me to pre book for the year which is great, it would be good if others could make there next appointment when they collect if they didn't want to pre book a few.

I now only a few appointments left for Jan so if anyone needs Jan, Feb or march appointments please let me know. (I am away for some of march so there will be less appointments available.)

Happy New year everyone I have now put a couple of new policies in place for this year, I'm sorry I've had to do it but I spent an awful long time chasing up payments and being let down at the last moment. There will be a slight increase in price but I will let you know the price for your dog when I send a reminder out as all dogs are individually priced.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give me 24hrs notice or there will now be a 50% fee to pay before a new appointment will be made.

If you usually pay by bank transfer please could transfer either the night before the groom or before collection or it will have to be cash on collection. Thanks

For lot of customers that's only two more grooms. So if you haven't pre-booked your grooms up to Christmas I would suggest you do so as I already am quite booked up.
Last year I was extremely busy in November and December and this year is looking to be there same.

If you don’t plan ahead and book in advance i cannot guarantee i will have space for you x
