It's not only dogs we can perform welfare checks for, we have rabbits, cats, lizards and fish too. However, I draw the line at spiders and snakes 😂🪱🕷️

Officially back up and running again for walks from tomorrow now that the 🌞 has disappeared!

Free welfare checks were available while the weather was hotter, however I've decided to extend it until the end of next month ☺️

Can we all just take a second to appreciate how cute Rufus is 😍

Rufus mum reached out earlier this week after seeing I was offering free welfare checks and garden visits. Safe to say I melted at the door when I met him this afternoon. Rufus is only 14 weeks old so we had a good play in the garden with the ball, treats and other toys. Oh, and lots of belly tickles too 😍

Hats off to everyone I saw this morning walking their dogs earlier than normal. We don't normally see other walkers on our morning ramble however I counted over 13 owners out walking 👏🏻🐾

No walks available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

However, I still have spaces for free welfare checks next week. No catches or commitment. Trying to do my bit to help the dogs in the heat 🌡️☀️

𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲

As a lot of you know, Woof Routes is a dog walking & pet sitting business. A lot of you may have seen posts recently regarding dogs overheating, collapsing and generally struggling in the heat.

I had to make the hard decision to cancel my walks for this week and it is looking likely for the majority of next week.

Therefore, I am finding myself unable to do much at all. So, that being said, I would like to offer 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 welfare checks to anyone who may be worried about their dog at home. The welfare check will consist of:
- Food bowls filled
- Water bowls filled
- Dog let into the garden
- Clean up any fresh dog mess
- Fuss over dog for 15 minutes
- Dog let into garden (if safe to do so)

Please, if you are worried or need any help of any sort, feel free to get in touch and I will be more than happy to help.

Another week, another visit to Dogs Country Club with Mist, Tess and Holly. After Dogs Country Club we jumper back in the car and headed 100m down the road and took a walk down to Pennington Flash

Took Max to Dogs Country Club this afternoon. All the fields with lakes were fully booked but we managed to get into the training field. He had a great time running around, fetching the ball, fetching his favourite toy - a tyre and sniffing in the long grass 😀

Max enjoying his play time during his welfare check

Welfare Checks: You might find yourself travelling back more often to the office for work, going on holiday or even last minute plans which means you will be out of the house for longer than you normally would like to be. We offer Welfare Checks for your furry friends, mainly dogs but other animals are considered. What do we offer? The welfare checks last for around 25 - 30 minutes and consists of the following: - Food bowls filled - Water bowls filled - Dog let into the garden - Clean up any fresh dog mess - Fuss over dog for 15 minutes - Dog let into garden (if safe to do so) Here is Max during his welfare check today while his owner was out at work. His tail was spinning like a helicopter, I thought he was about to take off 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️
