Happy 3rd Gotcha day to my funny, happy, gorgeous, snuggly boy. Still a challenge at times but wouldn't be without him. Got a full hand strip yesterday at the groomers and looks super handsome 😍

Today is my birthday, I'm 4! Went to the secure field and had lots of playtime off lead with Roonagh found my forever home which was great specially as my wee sis hasn't wanted to come out for the last 4/5 weeks 'cause of the big bangs. Mum says some of them are only gas gun bird scarers but Roonagh doesn't know the difference 😔
Here's us playin and I'm now waiting patiently 😂 for my favourite fish dinner that Mum's made for me. Happy day 🐾

Well pawpals, have you noticed I haven't posted recently?? Course you have! Mum says she's sorry this is such a long post but there's a whole months worth to tell. It was that month ago Mum, Dad and I went on a big trip.
We drove for ages and stopped and some great places- including a 10 acre secure field where I ran my paws off and did lots of snoofering - Iuuuvvvs to snoofer - (Mum as usual forgot to take photos 🙄). We stayed overnight (wasn't allowed on the bed despite my best hangdog expression) but got sausage for breakfast🐶. Everyone we met said I was a handsome boy- as if it were ever in doubt.
In the morning we went and met some nice people called Lou and George, there was a lady dog who was kinda cute. We got ready to leave after a while and once I was in the car Mum put the other dog in to! I hoped we were heading for the secure field again but we went home and the other dog came all the way with us. Mum told me she was from Cyprus like me, she was to be called Roonagh and she was my new sister!

When we got home we played and played, I decided I liked having a sister.🐕🐕

The first 3 days were great then Roonagh started being horrid to me, growling, snarling and jumping at me when I tried to go to Mum for cuddles. I was awful sad 'cause I'm such a kind, soft boy so I went and lay in the garden. I didn't want to be in the house where Roonagh was being horrid to me.
Mum and I were upset but Mum said we had to try and help Roonagh be nice again 'cause she was just as upset and she was confused after all the things she'd been through. Now she had a nice family and she didn't want to share - not even with big soft me. I wasn't sure but Mum doesn't give in easily.
She asked for some help from the lovely Apollos Angel's people who rescued me and Roonagh. With some Pearl's of wisdom from them, helped by professional input from the very helpful Adam Dunn and some things Mum set up in the house to keep us all safe, we started trying to get Roonagh to love me again.
A month later things have progressed well and Roonagh and I are bestest friends nearly all the time now. Mum says there is still a way to go but she thinks we'll be fine. Me? I like having a sister again. More happy updates to follow. Love Phoenix🐾🐾

Had a go at some fun agility. Mum said I was a very good boy - I ran off the course a couple of times but came straight back when she called😇. Next time we're going to do off lead ( think that's 'cause I'm super fast and Mum cant keep up 🤣) cant wait🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Phoenix here🐾 Thought it was time I checked in🐕 Having a great time in my Scottish home, especially now we are out of something Mum keeps calling lockdown? She also keeps saying watch this space🤔?? Went to the beach yesterday and had great fun. Wasn't tsure of the water running at me to begin with but soon realised it was ok. Got to do lots of snoofering amongst the rocks. Mum says I've to apologise for the video quality but she was having to run quite fast (well for her😂) to keep up with me and my big sis kept getting caught in the line.

Well, its day 2 although really yesterday was a 💤 day 'cause I was very tired after my long journey to this place Mum tells me is called Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Mum says I've been such a good boy, clean in the house and tolerant and gentle with my big sis (same can't be said for her, she's been a bit 😾 with me) Missing all my friends back in Cyprus 💔but lots to do here. I've been out in the garden today sniffing and exploring. Dad was building something called a greenhouse (?!?) and I tried to help and picked up some bits for him but he didn't seem interested and kept taking them back and doing it himself so I had some zoomies instead. Wanted Dad to join in but he said he had to get on 'cause it was such a nice ☀️day??? Guess it must be really different from Cyprus here....... There seem to be two other dogs in the house here, my sister Jazz and another one I'm not being introduced to. I keep seeing him all over the place but when I bark a hello he doesn't answer - maybe he doesn't understand me - I know the lingo here is a bit different. What's even weirder is when Mum fusses me she seems to be fussing him to, not sure what his name is but he's a handsome 😻 chap. Here's me showing Mum my recall. She said is was great.....in the garden.....with the fence....and the treats.... What can she mean?😂 Tired now after all that running, off for a sleep, I'll be in touch🐾Phoeni###
