Brody is looking forward to us getting back to work tomorrow!

We are open from 9am tomorrow, back to normal! We’re ready to hit the ground running and look forward to another great year full of precious pooches and fabulous felines!

Having broken my own rules I have started to respond to everyone already so if you haven’t had a response please nudge us, we have have missed the odd message/phone call.

We are looking extremely busy over the next few weeks so please please please if you cannot make your appointment let us know ASAP so we can slot in another dog. Especially weekend appointments as these are popular and we officially have a waiting list.

Just a polite note to customers regarding cancellations. Please try to give us as much notice as possible. We understand if your dog is ill or you have an emergency but we are going to have to start enforcing our cancellation policy whereby we will have to charge the full amount for a session if cancelled last minute. If we cannot fill that gap we lose out, but our biggest concern is we could have helped another dog in that time. We have been lenient til now but going forward please expect to be charged for last minute cancellations.

Christmas Opening Hours!

Please note we are open between Christmas and New Year. Limited appointments available.

Our team will be taking a few days off over Christmas and New Year to recharge our batteries for another full year of caring for all our lovely pooches. Messages will not be responded to over the Christmas break to give our team a rest!

Bonnie is following in big bro Bertie’s footsteps and has given swimming a go at just 4 months old.

Although unsure initially we have no doubt she’ll be a water baby in no time 🐶❤️

The lovely Dexter came for an introductory session to help build his confidence. Dexter is a Romanian rescue and has now gone to his furever home but his foster family wanted to see how he would take to hydrotherapy as he does have some muscle wastage. We are happy to report he did very well and seemed to really enjoy himself. Have fun in your new home Dexter and don’t be a stranger! 🐶❤️

We get asked all the time who our dogs train with. Here’s your answer! Courtney has helped us work wonders with our reactive boy (Ozzy front and centre in this photo!) and has helped us turn our Brody Bean into a display team superstar!
