Attending our yoga and mindfulness class has helped our members to overcome physical challenges, push themselves beyond their limits, meet fantastic new friends and find a new belief in themselves. Mental health is not 1 size fits all, so the support we provide shouldn't be either. Well done to all our members, and thanks to our Mindfulness coach Kelly 🩵💫

We are thrilled to share a fantastic opportunity for children to join our Christmas Camps on the 23rd and 24th of December. 🎅✨ This year, we have a special initiative to offer free spaces to children who receive benefit-funded free school meals. If your child qualifies, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as spaces are limited.
