Due to the continuing Corona Virus epidemic I thought it best to review the welcome and collection procedure at Aunty Sue’s for the protection of us all.
1; Rather than bringing your dog into the home, as usual, could you notify us of your arrival by phone or text, we will then come to greet you, and would then ask you to put him or her through the first gate at the front of the house and close it. Please observe social distance and wear face covering while we collect him or her. Please leave the collar or harness on but we will use our own lead.
2; When you bring your dog’s bed and bedding please provide clean bedding and place that through the gate.
3; I am aware some vets are delaying vaccination boosters by up to three months. I am assured by my vet this is acceptable and the dogs will still be protected for up to that length of time. Rather than bringing vaccination certificate to show me, to reduce unnecessary contact, before arrival, could you text a photo of the vaccination card showing dogs name, dates and chip number if possible to 07814482948 if I don’t have them already.
4; Payment on arrival day, by bank transfer is preferred but, you can leave cash or cheque in a sealed envelope in the brown post box at front of the house. my account details will be given at time of booking.
Thank you for understanding that at this time we all need to take extra care and look after each other. Looking forward to seeing your dog and be assured all care will be taken of them and a great time will be had.
