So on Saturday a group of 10 footballers helped Max achieve his dream of getting to the top of Snowdon.
This was a race and was by far the hardest thing I have ever done, walking/power walking up vertically for 4 miles was not pleasurable at all.
I also had a messed up ankle which needed to be looked at by the stewards which put me 25 minutes behind my team but they pushed on and me seeing the Cornish flag waving off the chair made me keep going, at the top I joined up with my team mates again and believe it or not we now ran all the way back down the mountain which was absolutely insane.

I was gutted to miss the photo at the top with my team but hey they were absolute machines and for their effort and constant work Team Max finished 2nd out of 12 teams which none of us could have dreamed of, Max said we would have been happy with tenth place. So we absolutely smashed it!!!!

What a great bunch of lads to do it with and we are looking for our next challenge although I certainly will not be doing a mountain again lol

Thank you to Constantine Surf for our T-shirts we looked dapper drinking champers with them on.

We have also hit over our 3k fundraising amount and it's still climbing so thank you everyone for supporting and helping us achieve our goal.

Unfortunately whilst out walking yesterday I badly sprained my ankle by the look of it and according to 111. so have been told to rest it for at least 48 hours, so I will be back in work Tuesday but will contact you all individually also to make arrangements for the week ahead.

Thank you for your understanding and with three weeks to go until my Snowdon climb this is not good. 😔😔😔

So this has been a very hard post to write, On Friday I was very lucky to be able to say a final goodbye to Vanilla after she became ill in a very short space of time. She was sadly put to sleep a decision I know was absolutely heartbreaking to all of the family and not an easy one to come too.

Vanilla was one of the first dogs we ever had on our books when we started this little business and has been with us ever since, she will be sorely missed by everyone and to think only a week or so ago I was house sitting for her and having fun down the beach.

We will miss your cheeky face, your barks and of course your snoring ###
