I sometimes feel very out of place among other owners of other dog breeds.

Not because they are unwelcoming or unfriendly but I see very many who have a set idea about how a dog SHOULD and should not behave and very often have trouble stepping back and letting some levels of chaos...just be chaos.

Mind you, I am not talking about behavior that is dangerous such as aggression, I mean...well to be honest.. a lot of your "Typical" naughty Bull Terrier behavior.

Some of that exuberance, that trouble focusing that wanting to have a roll in the grass when you ask them to sit beside you instead.

I see a great many within Dogbook who crave complete control and seem quite anxious if they don't have it with their dogs at all times.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that (and almost certainly the reason those owners are owning other breeds😂)

When you are around other Bull Terrier owners, especially those who have owned the breed for a while, you will often notice that their is a certain level of chaos that we all are comfortable with.

We feel comfortable standing back and watching our dogs bounce off the walls and be little tornados for a while.

The funny thing is, when you go to a Bull Terrier specialty show, you'll see little bits of chaos scattered all over and owners letting it happen, un-fazed.

And yet, for all these little bits of chaos and some how these handlers and owners are in-tunely aware of what their dogs are capable of and somehow none of those little bits of chaos merge into other dogs bits of chaos and all these little tornados are controlled and doing no harm to anyone around them.

Sometimes, I feel out of place around owners of other dog breeds.
They sometimes look at me and wonder how I could stand back and allow my dogs those moments of chaos, to become little tornados, kicking up dust.

I rather enjoy my bundles of chaotic energy.

His kept quiet about this one and we forgot 🙈 and it was actually the first bit of Equipment we got and probably the most important piece of equipment. It was the donation of £500 for the Floor boxing ring for the gym. It was donated by "Brinikka Bull Terriers" who is co-owned by our Head coach Alan Toole and his Fiancè Siobhan. ❤ Massive thanks to Terry Young for transporting the ring to us from Middlesbrough. 👍👍

Apart from the fantastic donation to the gym from his own pocket, it shows how committed Alan is to get this off the ground. Anyone knows Alan knows he lives and sleeps boxing and is well respected up and down the country in the amatuer boxing world. Well done Al 👏 👏👏
