YourDog Training & Dogs at Home are pleased to announce our last Forest Retreat for this year will be held at 11am on Sunday 17th September.
Our retreat walks show you a fantastic way to spend time with your dog creating memories and increasing the bond with your dog by introducing them to novel sights, smells and tastes.
We will guide you through this interactive alternative to a walk based on the ‘rucksack walk’ concept created by Steve Mann, creator of the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers). We will also provide you with a doggy bag including ideas on how you can recreate the experience using your own ingredients.
Spaces are limited to ensure you get the best from this experience so book now to avoid disappointment.
Suitable for dogs of all ages.

We had lots of fun at our exposure and socialisation class on Saturday with some stunning puppies.
We learnt about how to read body language, settle in a vet waiting room, manual handling by a stranger and how to safely introduce dogs on lead.
There were lots of novelty things to see, hear, smell and feel as well as a small group narrated play session at the end.

Pupdate: Cody joined us a a couple of months ago for some help with walking and training on Loose Lead. we havent seen Cody in a couple of weeks but its nice he is getting on so brilliantly with it!

YourDog 2022 wrap-up
Looking back on so many photos from this year alone and I wonder where all that time has gone? I guess time really does fly when you are having fun 😃. It has been such a privilege to spend time with your doggos and will continue to be!
