Now that we are in December 🎄it begins my busiest time of the year, so just a polite reminder to be on time for drop off and collections. This does not apply to a large number of my customers, but listen to our plea.

At this very busy time, I have booked in as many of your lovely doggies as possible to get them Christmas ready. Therefore I have a very full diary with very little flexibility to move or rebook any appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24-48 hours notice, so that we can offer that appointment to someone else.

From now until my last day on the 24th December, if you are 10 minutes late then you run the risk of loosing that appointment, as I have a limited amount of time in-between appointments and very little space to reschedule appointments. Therefore late cancellations or no shows mean we have an empty grooming table whilst still incurring the costs.

I apologise for having to enforce this decision, but I hope you understand the struggles of maintaining a business while costs are rising.

We only have a few appointments left for December, so if you want your dogs booking in before Christmas ( for either a full groom or our Xmas bath special) then now’s your chance to book your appointment before they are all gone 📝🐕
