Good morning everyone 🐾

Just a little update on the booking system. We had some verification issues with our original vendor Stripe which meant we had to move over to PayPal temporarily (or so we thought 🤦‍♀️) whilst it was sorted.

We’re pleased to say everything is finally back to normal and customers can use Stripe again. It’s a much more friendly interface and is industry standard in terms of security of information etc.

Sorry to those of you that have had recurrent issues with PayPal, we hope it hasn’t put you off! It should become a distant memory now (we hope 😅).

Here at Jacks Place we’re all looking forward to some kinder weather again so we can start with some more park improvements for 2024☀️

*UPDATE* 01/12/23
We have successfully tested our payment gateway and can confirm everything is working fine. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, this was due to some changes made by our payment processor but everything is now fine.

We are aware some of you have been struggling to book online. We’ve temporarily adjusted the payments to be taken by PayPal so you should be able to book online again.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused it’s been a bit of a drama getting our heads around it 🤯

Well, we are so overwhelmed by the support for our park so far, thank you so much.

As the days are longer and we know many are up early with the beautiful sunshine we are having, we are now open for booking from 5am until 10pm (10pm being the last booking available, so if you book for 2 hours you have the park until midnight!)

We can't wait to show you the new features we are going to be adding soon, there's water at the park, a beautful place to relax, bring a picnic if you wish and enjoy the tranquility....we're sure our Jacks Place community can vouch for us, it really is blissfuly quiet and so relaxing.

We have a wonderful space for you to enjoy while spending time with your pooches, bring the kids or a friend and have a picnic, it's so quiet and peaceful here.

We also have water on site for the 4 legged friends and more to come.
