I’m running Ringcraft sessions over the summer.

I can support you if you’ve big hopes of treading that famous green carpet of Crufts or your fun village dog show.
Ringcraft also teaches you a good connection with your dog.

She is a rescue from Romania and owners don’t know her back ground but she was a superstar

Owners told she’s a rare breed called Kokoni, having looked them up I would agree!
Smart little dogs originally from Greece.
…and here was me thinking I had the only rare breed in the village 😂

Matted coat policy
NEGLECTED & MATTED COATS.
In the event that your pet's coat needs to be clipped down to release it from matting or coat neglect, Paws on Point, its owner and operator are not liable for any post-grooming effects of this procedure, which is not without risk.

Any humane de-matting will be undertaken solely at my discretion, in compliance with The Animal Welfare Act 2006 (clause 5 - Animals are to be protected from pain, injury and suffering). De-matting during a routine groom is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes and is only possible if the matting is minimal. For severely matted coats where de-matting isn't possible, the only humane way to deal with this will be to completely clip off the coat.

We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing or new skin conditions which may arise due to having to be clipped short.

We will not be held responsible for any minor nicks or cuts caused, due to having to remove tightly matted coats.

we will not be held responsible for any Haematoma's caused from the removal of heavy ear matting. Ears may also bleed at the tips when tight ear matting is removed, due to pressure released within the ear.

Dematting and removal of matted coats is charged in addition to your normal groom fee.

We try to be as accommodating as possible but unfortunately there are some things we are unable ignore and they need addressing, especially as the grooming is picking up and we have many more clients now.

Please be on time to appointments. We allow for 15 minutes however being late has a knock on affect to other clients.
Likewise picking up your dog after groom. I’ll always message and say your baby is 20 mins from being ready for collection.

If you have a poodle type breed it’s vital you brush regularly.
At least 3/4 times a week all over including legs and armpits.

All poodle type should be on an 8 week schedule to ensure the coat is taken care of.
This dog was left 10 weeks and no choice but to take it all off.

As with many small business’
I'm sure you have all been expecting this.
With the cost of living and fuel bill increase I'm going to be having a price adjustment starting 1st November.

This is not something I have done lightly, and I appreciate we are all in the same boat right now but as a small business I do have to take this in to consideration. Believe me I wish things were different.
