Christmas Dangers (sorry!)

I love Christmas! Unfortunately, a lot of the things I love are toxic or dangerous to my dog so I think carefully about where I place presents and decorations and I keep a baby gate on my kitchen door.

Here are some of the potential dangers:
~ Holly
~ Ivy
~ Mistletoe
~ Real Christmas trees
~ Poinsettias
~ Lilies
~ Raisins/Currants/Sultanas/Grapes
~ Blue cheese
~ Chocolate (especially dark chocolate)
~ Caffeine
~ Macadamia nuts
~ Alcohol
~ Onions & garlic
~ Xylitol sweetener (aka birch sugar)
~ Small items/Cracker toys
~ Batteries & Silica gel
~ Artificial snow
~ Electric cables
~ Road grit (contains salt) - wash feet
