I am very disappointed .

Someone has stolen the cattle’s exercise ball and hay basin from their field off the Bridlepath in Brierfield.

They now have no enrichment or basin for their hay because of this .

Whoever has taken them, can they kindly be returned?

Their ball kept them very entertained and there was no reason for this to be removed from their field.

Can I also please sternly advise that you don’t go into the field with the cattle, they are unpredictable and would likely hurt strangers .

Hi! I’m Dino and I’m a male rex rabbit .

If you don’t know what rex rabbits are like, we are patient, good-natured, and docile. One thing that makes us different to other rabbits is that our fur is soft, plushy, and velvety in texture .

I have been at the rescue for several months now and have been very easy and outgoing.

I was found abandoned, like most of the rabbits at my current home .

Although my age is not known, I am thought to be under one year old.

Can you help me find my forever home ?

As you know, we closed our doors to new patients at our facilities in January due to lack of funding.

However, we do still have animals within our care, whether that is in foster or our own home.

One of our remaining rabbits today had to go in for surgery due to an abscess on her neck .

The estimated cost, if all goes well in surgery tomorrow morning is around £275.00…

If anyone can help towards this cost, we would be so very grateful. ❤️

And here I am again!! I definitely need shares in the vet practise lol.

We have two seperate bills that need paying
£81.00 for a rabbit appointment and treatment
£164.21 for an emergency euthanasia of Pam, one of our goats .

Total- £245.21

If you can spare some change to help towards the bill, that would be fabulous . Unfortunately, I can only stretch my personal funds so far .

PIGS FOR ADOPTION

✨DELILAH AND JUNE ✨

You must have a CPH and pig mark to apply.

Delilah and June are both Kune Kunes and inseparable. They are pet pigs, very friendly and love nothing more than food and belly rubs .

They live outdoors and love to explore . Although be warned, you will need extremely secure fencing as these two are escape artists . Electric fencing alone is not suffice .

They also turn over the ground with their nose so this should also be considered .

They are as friendly as dogs and need a pet home only.

They are both human and dog friendly.

Delilah is 3 and June is just over 1 years old.

They MUST go together and STAY together .

Remember Khalani, the emaciated dog who was rescued from a property earlier in the month?

She is doing really well in her foster home and has gained a lot of her missing weight back but has today been at the vets for a skin allergy resulting in hair loss. We are in need of £94.60 to be able to pay the vet bill.

PLEASE NOTE- WE ARE NOT CLOSING COMPLETELY, we are just closing the site so will no longer house animals they will instead be housed in foster.

Unfortunaly, due to lack of funding. We will be closing our rescue site permanently and will only work via foster homes. This is not a decision I have taken lightly and I am absolutely devastated .

I will still help animals when I can . I will never deny the welfare of an animal.

All animals at our rescue site, that are fit enough will be up for rehome in the coming days .

This amazing little duck family is looking for a new home.

Last week, we worked to remove an emaciated dog from a property .

Khalani had been in the property for 4 weeks without food or water . The only thing that kept her alive was by eating used fryer grease, letters, chocolates from under the Christmas tree and her own faeces .

The owner of Khalani claims to have asked several people to feed and give her water whilst they were away. Clearly, to no avail.

As well as emaciation, she was infested with fleas . The infestation was so severe that you can see the fleas fighting on her belly.

Khalani is now safe and in foster .
