BEFORE you ask, yes I have already reported it. And no, please don’t try and blame the council tip! It’s your responsibility to ensure your waste is properly disposed of.
If you recognise this mess and you didn’t check your contractor had a waste carrier licence then get to Stowford and move it yourself.
If you did check about a carrier licence and/or were charged for legitimate disposal then you’ve been conned. Report it as fraud.
The mess also blocks an access route which is now impassable.
