This has been dumped at Stowford Cross.
BEFORE you ask, yes I have already reported it. And no, please don’t try and blame the council tip! It’s your responsibility to ensure your waste is properly disposed of.
If you recognise this mess and you didn’t check your contractor had a waste carrier licence then get to Stowford and move it yourself.
If you did check about a carrier licence and/or were charged for legitimate disposal then you’ve been conned. Report it as fraud.
The mess also blocks an access route which is now impassable.
Rant over.

Can anyone please let me know if the Collie dog (Inca I think her name is) has been found? Her owner said she was lost mid-morning apparently down from Wheathill chasing pheasants.
I returned twice with other dogs I was then walking but didn’t see or hear anything.

I’m pleased to report that the wall mural is 99% finished and the Little Free Library is back in position and refilled with books.

Some of you may know we have made a small community “garden” and also a free little library next to our home? Apologies but the library is out of action temporarily whilst we’re privileged to have GARF and new local spray artist Slam Daniels to work on their first collaboration. It’s a work in progress but should be fully complete next week so pop by and take a look (and take a book too!!)

Today we said goodbye to Mysti. We’d loved her dearly for 16 1/2 years. She’s been my Facebook profile photo since for ever. When I launched my dog walking business I used her image as the basis for my logo, even though she had perfected the “walking together but separately walk” with others!
We were blessed to have her.
