Healthy Herby ❤️ Rescues. Filling up the DPD van. Today we are sending free hay donations to Staffordshire rabbit & GP rescue, Little Furries, Bunny Jackpot, Baby Blue Bee Bunnies, Neville’s Nest, Fluffy Butts, Ivy Dene and Barnsley Rabbit Rescue. Also this week we donated hay to Tuckerbunnies, Rabbit Burrows Haven and Bunnies in Need. Thanks so much to all our customers who help us to support rabbit & Guinea pig rescues across the UK ❤️❤️❤️ Without your support and custom we couldn’t do this. We will be sending to additional rescues next week!

Anyone in the Manchester who could offer a home to this lovely bun who has been waiting for so long for his forever home at Manchester RSPCA?

Diggy is a very handsome boy who has been waiting a long time to find a home. He has been in RSPCA care (at another branch) for over 18 months without a whiff of interest in him. He's now been transferred to our centre in the hope that the good folks of the area will fall in love with him. We really don't understand why he has been overlooked; he is a young, handsome boy who is often sitting right at the front of his pen, standing on his hind legs and waiting for people. He is also always the quickest to work out his puzzle toys. By this we mean that he immediately upends them, sending them flying! He then sits confounded wondering where the contents have gone!

Though he is still finding his feet after all the upheaval, Diggy is getting braver all the time, and we are confident that he will make a lovely addition to a home (and he could hopefully become a husbun, if there is a lonely neutered female out there!). Diggy does have quite thick, long fur, and he requires frequent grooming to keep any tangles and mats at bay. He is generally a really good boy for this, providing he has a treat or two to keep him occupied, but this is something for potential owners to be aware of.

Diggy could live indoors or outdoors, providing it was in a spacious area with plenty to do. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. If you could offer Diggy the home he has waited so long for and would like to meet him then please contact [email protected]
