Great weekend of Training including working with Phoebe and Pelli who have suddenly discovered the fun of a deer chase. We are here working around Sky Park Farm with the deer close teaching calmness, working behaviours such as a sit into down and back into a sit, walking calmly near the fence line with some deer following and moving which can instinctively then rises their adrenaline, working into hand touch and more. This is only our first session and they did amazing. Next session will be working an emergency stop providing more value into this, working alot of impulse control behaviours, teaching them to recall away from deer scent and more. Looking forward to working onwards.

Last of the block of this puppy group and such an amazing group of puppies and owners. Worked everything perfectly and the progress has been absolutely amazing. Recall, Loose Lead Walking, Vet checks, Chin Rest, Hand Touch, confidence building, Sit and waits, controlled socialisation and more, all ticked off ready for increased distractions and duration. Well done everyone and looking forward to your next group Beyond Basics starting on 5th July.

It is BACK !!! Group Lead Training Walk starting Saturday 7th June at 1.45pm. Maximum of 6 dogs working lots of different exercises, including Red Light Green Light, switch backs with other dogs, eye contact with moving dogs and lots more. If you would like to proof up your training in the natural environment with a group of other dogs and handlers please contact me for more information on 07773 696340. This session is not recommended for dogs with dog to dog reactivity behaviours I have sessions dedicated to those dogs who struggle in that area.
