My next commission is to draw a horse which I am super excited about! Horses were my life when I was a teenager and I used to draw them repeatedly - let’s hope I’ve still got it! 🐾🐴

These two are my own boys, Ozzy (right) and Bowie. I haven't had a chance to draw them yet, but I will one of these days. Ozzy is Bowie's great-uncle; we got them both from the same lovely lady, eight years apart. Ozzy was not at all happy when we brought a little chocolate puppy home a year ago this coming weekend, and he snubbed poor Bowie for quite some time. But now Bowie is nearly fully grown and (slightly) less annoying, Ozzy is learning to love him as much as I do. They keep me sane in these crazy times - my favourite thing to do is escape into the coutryside with them every day. 😍 🥰

All set and ready to start on my next commission. I can’t start on a blank page, it’s too daunting, so I have to smudge charcoal all over the paper and start sculpting with a rubber first. Podcast on, time to switch off the mind and have some fun! There is nothing more mindful than drawing with charcoal. Have a wonderful evening! ❤️

Hello and welcome! I create original, hand-drawn pet portraits in charcoal and pencil on high quality heavy-weight drawing paper – a perfect memento to celebrate the animals in your life.

I have loved drawing and art since I was very young. After leaving school I studied for a BTEC National Diploma in General Art and Design before moving to London to gain my BA(hons) in Fine Art at the Byam Shaw School of Art.

I have two dogs of my own called Ozzy and Bowie who I adore! They inspire me and make me smile every day.

I now live in beautiful Wiltshire with my family. I am a freelance writer, proofreader, copyeditor and artist.
