Usually I put the 'after' pictures first but I couldn't resist this mid-groom pic of Pippin as the cover photo 💚 Pippin is such a sweet boy, his guardians bath him pre-groom and let him air dry as he is quite nervous for grooming.
He likes to hold my hand to tell me when he'd like a break, and with lots of ham and cuddles we get him looking nice and tidy again 🐾

Minnie the malshi is only 7 months old and had her second groom yesterday, she's just come into her first season so was feeling a little out of sorts. With lots of treats and encouragement from her family we were able to get her nice and tidied up. 🐾
Big up to Minnie's family for getting her used to grooming nice and early and booking for a regular schedule 💚

Tessa's guardian told me me Tessa struggled with separation anxiety and had rarely had a complete groom in a salon due to her stress levels getting to high during the appointment. It was a different story with Tessa's at home grooming appointment, her guardian was able to stay in the room with us and both of them felt so much less stressed by the process 💚🐾

Happy Mothers Day to all the dog-mums out there 🐾
Now I know a dog is not the same as a child but this little sweet potato I love with my whole heart just like a 4-legged son. He's my little boy and my best friend.
I really struggled with the 'puppy blues' in his first year with us, having a puppy is tough work and there were times I doubted our connection, but over 2 years on I wouldn't give him up for anything in the world.
I love you Mr Mars - my Good Dog 💚

Had the most amazing, overwhelming, inspiring, crazy, furry, joyful day today! We were there for over 8 hours but I could have spent a week there - will definitely be back next year.
Got some brilliant new finishing scissors from which I'm very excited to use for all my lovely clients.

The Good Dog 'Good Duck' has joined Team Green 💚🐾

Quack, Double Quack - the Business Ducks are back! Hebden Bridge Duck Race - Easter Monday 1 April 24.
The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge are pleased to announce that at their annual duck race, as usual the main race at 3.15pm will be preceded by the Business Duck Race at 3pm.
This is where 4 teams of larger red, green, blue and yellow ducks race each other down Hebden Water competing for 1 x £500 & 3 x £100 Holiday Vouchers (Courtesy of Benchmark Travel, Mytholmroyd).
These business ducks are on sale now from the website - www.hebdenbridgeduckrace.uk. Costing £10 each, on the website you can choose your duck colour, give it a name and advertise your business name (or your own name) and request a coloured poster for your team to display on your premises! The names will be read out on the day and advertised on the website for the next 12 months!
Many business owners buy a number of ducks for themselves and their staff, not only for them all to cheer on at the race, but also in the knowledge that all profits go to charity.
This year, your Rotary Club needs your help not only to buy tickets so they can continue towards their £1 million target - but also as a Volunteer to help run the event - we’ll tell you more about how you can do that in following posts - or you can visit www.hebdenbridgerotary.org.uk!
