Winter grit is toxic to dogs. So after walks, rinse or wipe your dog’s paws to remove any salt.

It's daft puppy time again, we did actually do some training, it wasn't all jumping around like dafties, but for both of these guys this is huge steps for them.

Last night's puppy class, lots of fun for these 2, we did manage some proper training in between the playing, but then play is essential too. 😅🐾

Can't believe that's a year already that I've been doing my dog training & puppy classes, time flies when you're having fun.
It seemed the natural progression to add in my dog walking service this year, so looking forward to the next year of fun filled walks, training and meeting all the new puppies on the block. Enjoy a selection of some clients dogs 🐾🐕🥰

Last night's final class of this block of puppy training classes, was great to be able to have the full session outside, this did however allow us some distractions to add in, thank you to some passing walkers for their assistance 😅👍🐕

Had a late 1 ro 1 training session with this cheeky chap, apparently this isn't his normal when folks are visiting, so was great to see him so relaxed right up beside me by then end of our session, and desperate to give me kisses 😘🙂, then his humans sent the 2nd pic, still watching for me at the window, how cute is that. Keep up the training folks. 🐾🐕👍
Midpoint in this block of puppy training classes, now that the clocks have changed we managed all our training outside, but I forgot to take pics so we got a few at the end of class, starting to see all their personalities come through and there's a couple of real characters lol.

A great couple of training sessions first thing today, 1st up was this handsome big lad (GSD) we made lots of positive progress, next up was a 2nd session for this wee girlie (Border Collie) what a welcome I got, she was super excited to see me again which was lovely, worked on some recall today and both her and owner done really well. Then it was onto dog walking duties 🐾🐕👣
Happy 1st birthday to this gorgeous wee girlie, one of my very first training dogs, her mum brought her to me as soon as her jags had been done, and she done everything I asked if her, both puppy and owner were a delight to work with and I'm happy to now call them my friends. I think a wee visit is due from auntie Martine on Sunday x
Lovely training session with this gorgeous and ever so gentle lad, he was a pleasure to work with, by the end of our session he'd made tremendous progress, see you in a week or 2 for an update.🐾🐕⛱👍
A mix of walking and training today, had this wee nervous girlie for her first session, then a 2nd session for the next boy who's quite the handful for his owner, both lovely characters, a work in progress 🐾
Some pics from 1 to 1 training sessions on Monday and Tuesday, first up was the lovely Lab who was getting some lead and confidence work, then back at night for a review with the family, as you'll see, he was just a bit exhausted lol, next up was the young border terrier for recall training, what a wee fire cracker. Lastly I was handed in a lovely bottle of wine, not by a client but a lady that just happen to pass as I was getting into my van, her small dog who was rather traffic shy, so I popped over and gave the wee one some treats and her owner some advice, obviously it's working, thank you that was very kind of you 🍾🥂
New block of puppy training classes tonight, what a bunch, absolutely lovely, they had such fun tonight the watar bowls went everywhere lol🐾🐕
Had this wee character for some recall training today, the other is his brother who came at the end of training, such a lovely wee guy and he was so receptive even while it was blowing a hooly. Roll on next week's session.
Tuesday Training day, finished puppy training with wee Malc yesterday and his dad (happy birthday Malc's human) great to have a 1st time dog owner being so receptive to both training and advice (as I can be a bit straight to the point 🤣) enjoy your onward journey guys, looking forward to our next sessions, I'm sure we will have a few 😀
Then pics 2 is the mad collie I worked with a while back, his owner said "he heard your voice & started pulling to come see you" now that made my day, he was such a handful at the beginning of his training, but he was super excited to see me and his owner tells me he's like a different dog now as she has been keeping up with their training, huge well done 👏 😊👍

Had own 2 put early when it was crisp and frosty, then a 1 to 1 training session and finally the mad springer Mr G with my own, they love spending time together.
Fabulous Fun Filled Friday, another mad dog walking day, my 2 decided they wanted a tree to bring back 🤦♀️
Followed by a one to one session with a gorgeous young GSD puppy, lots of fun to be had with this one 🐕🐾❤
Today's Dog Walking
It was a mucky wet walk, but guess what, the dogs loved it, especially my newbie the golden, all walked, washed and dried and home with their biscuit 🐾🐕👍
Almost had a dry walk today, but nope at one point it couldn't rain any harder, the happy springer came home with us for a wee while since his dad was busy all day, so he borrowed a fleece from Apollo to dry off then made himself comfy lol 🐕🐾👍
