Shorter walks today in the shade, with options for playing in the water or close to home so we can head back and chill in the garden once everyone's had a wee and a sniff.

All wrapped up by 12:30 so I can make sure Moss is comfy too.... And he's sunbathing in the garden 🙄🙄🙄

National Rescue Dog Day ❤️🐶🐶🐶

Here's my 3 beautiful rescue dogs 🥰
Emmie on the right: the original and best 🤫 came home at 12yrs old after 3yrs waiting in kennels. Perfect in every way.
Mossbear in the middle: definitely the spoiled baby. Born in rescue 11 short years ago to mama Molly who was wandering the streets 🥹
Jessie on the left: the failed foster. Aka Stressy Jessie the sleep thief 😴 came home when she was 9 and no longer needed as a working dog.

It was Mossbear's 11th birthday on Saturday ❤️🎂

I will never forget the day Moss was born in rescue, and I've been so, so lucky to be there with him from his very first day 🥰 as well as keeping in touch with some of his lovely siblings.

He is the absolute best co-pilot in the world 👑

A sprinkle of treats at a favourite bunny hunting location is a tiny little piece of magic that we can all give our dogs ❤️ brains engaged, desire to search and hunt fulfilled, and no bunnies were harmed! 🐰😌

These two lovelies have left Bimbles today to start a new adventure at their new house 🥹 love them!

Beautiful Bella is missing from her house near the racecourse entrance. If you spot her or you think you might know anyone who's recently taken in a fluffy black "stray" please let me know. If you live nearby please check garages or sheds, as she may have snuck in during the sunshine/to shelter from the rain at the weekend. She has a super fluffy tail and her right eye has some distinctive markings. Her owners are really missing her 😞❤️

Mossie might be nearly 11 and basically funding the entire veterinary profession (not the norm 🙄), but he can still run at the speed of light, jump higher than he really ought to and find the tennis ball from my pocket (and only that ball, all not-pocket balls are ignored) within acres of field.
