This Sunday I'm doing the London Marathon in aid of . They do the most amazing work, helping farmers in East Africa out of poverty, by building sustainable businesses.

Sadly delivering micrgreens by bike is no substitute for running training and this will be a painful experience!

I have mountains of delicious microgreens available to order for delivery on Wednesday or Saturday. Packed full of flavour and really nutrient dense, microgeens are amazing in a salad, as a cooking ingredient or even just sprinkled on top of a meal!

*NO DELIVERIES NEXT WEEK* This Sunday I'm heading off on the 1200 mile . This will be 8 days (hopefully) of unsupported cycling through South West England and Wales, all in aid of .

This Sunday I'm embarking on the much awaited second edition of the Pan Celtic Race. It's 1200 miles of unsupported cycling over 10 days, through Cornwall and Wales, sleeping under hedges or trees (maybe a campsite if I want to treat myself!). All this is in aid of Farm Africa, who do an incredible job working with farmers in East Africa, to help lift them out of poverty by building sustainable businesses.
